Kylie woke up earlier than she had ever did, it wasn’t a new beginning but she wanted to avoid Kris. She has been avoiding him since he got back from the company yesterday and she didn’t know how long she was planning to do it but she would until her mind could work normally again. However, it’s not like if she avoided him; anything was going to change.

Without eating breakfast; she left for college and headed for a drive-thru for coffee and cupcakes. She arrives and parked somewhere far from the usual spot Kris and her usually parks their car and stepped out. People turned their head towards her because her clothes practically spoke for her as how different she is. Kylie wore a long-sleeved beige coloured thin sweater, black legging and a pair of flats; which most people wouldn’t believe to even exist her closet.

“Woah, what’s with that?” Min places her bag on the table and laughed. Kylie looks at her and stared back at her sketches “Hey, wanna tell me what’s up?”

“No… Not now.” she said quietly

“We’re worried about you.” Ara crosses her arms and sat at the edge of her table

“Don’t. I’m…” she paused “Fine.”

“You do know that if you need anyone to hear you out, we’ll always be here.” Min said as she gave a worried look

“I know, it’s okay.” Kylie shrugs with a weak smiled

She stared at the empty page in front of her which had been empty for the past 2 hours and Kylie couldn’t find a single thing to draw, maybe there were just too many things going on in her head or maybe she was just starting to lose herself. She pushes her chair back and stood up.

“I’m gonna get some fresh air.” she grabs her bag and placed her things inside

“Be careful.” Ara reminded and she nods

“Should I go and check up on her quietly?” Min asks once Kylie left the room

“Yes.”

Kylie walked pass people as if they weren’t there because she didn’t even spare them a glance because it didn’t matter, why does she need to? Apparently, she passed a certain person whom she had been avoiding but she didn’t realize that she had walk right pass him but he didn’t feel the same. Her mind was too pre-occupied to notice anything around her but her trail of thoughts had been broken; she felt someone pulling her wrist and spun her around just to lock gaze with him. Min who was following stopped in her tracks and most people turned their head towards the two.

“Kylie…” Kris spoke and looked at her in the eyes; he looked guilty

“No, I need to talk to you.”

“What’s there to talk about? Didn’t we talk about everything yesterday?” her words mocked him but her face stayed the same; expressionless and her voice didn’t change
