I wanted to update on 30th cause I promised I'd be back by then but I had to take the test I missed due to my fever and today was school so I finally updated cause it's the weekends tomorrow (I'll be home for 4 days!) LOL, anyway, I'm sorry for breaking the promise! TT^TT

“Kylie?” Kris lightly knocks on my door “I know you’re in there.” he sighs “Are you planning to lock yourself in there forever without food?” he asks “Come on, open up… I just cooked.”

“I can see that but what about earlier?”

I sigh deeply “There’s really nothing you need to know.”

“I’m your best friend, I know everything about you. You know I won’t judge.” he lays back on the headboard

“They’re coming over in a few days for some opening ceremony of a company and I have to attend too.”

I haven’t told you guys the entire story yet haven’t I? When I was 7, my school held a Parent’s Day occasion. I told my parents every single day for the entire week that they should come. I prepared cookies just to give to them and some little performance I practiced along with my friends; expecting they would show up. I couldn’t find them in the crowds while I performed because I was too busy remembering the steps and the nervousness got to me.

When all the performances are over; everyone grabbed the things they made, bake, cooked or whatever and brought it towards their parents which was easy to find because the seats were already assigned for a certain person. I found out where they were seated but my heart fell down with my love and respect towards them to see the two empty seats. Everyone else’s parents were there, smiling and laughing along but I was alone with the bags of cookies.

I hated them.
