Chapter twenty five

Nobody’s POV

Young Saeng paced back in forth in quick hurried steps, glancing at his watch every now and then; rubbing his hands on his pants, he glanced towards the door, only to freeze and a smile appeared on his face in place of the worry. The sight before him ease his heart, and brought happiness to him mind, when he saw Hyun joong finally getting out of his car, and running towards him. Adjusting his shoulder bag, Young Saeng took a few steps forward, meeting Hyun Joong who finally stopped in front of him trying to catch his breath.

“Mianhae… The meeting lasted longer than I thought… I knew I shouldn’t have taken the extra day off when I was sick. It would have saved me all the trouble of having to catch up with all the work that I now have to do.” Young Saeng just smiled at him, as he reached up patting down the older man’s hair that strayed when he had ran towards him.

“Arra… How’s this..? You forgive me for making you stay at home, and I will forgive you for being late huh? That sounds fair?” Young Saeng leaned forward in a teasing manner, trying to be as cute as possible to keep from being scolded. Hyun Joong just cocked an eyebrow before shaking his head ‘no’.

“Ani…” Young Saeng pouted as he straightened up, and crossed his arms in mock annoyance.

“Eo… waeyo..?” This time Hyun Joong leaned forward and smirked as he spoke.

“Because I was already forgiven as soon as I got here… matji? So it doesn’t count…” Young Saeng scoffed playful before turning back to Hyun Joong, who was still staring at him wanting to know if he was right or not. Trying his best to make a mad face, Young Saeng unfortunately failed miserably at this, and soon gave up with a playful scowl.

“Arraseo..! Your right… Are you happy now?” The smile that he received from the older was enough to lift his heart for days, as the older man whooped in triumph.

“Of course..! Now… to make up for it you have to…” Hyun Joong wondered as he looked around, took in his surroundings before deciding what he wanted.

“You have to buy me something delicious from the concession stand okay?” Young Saeng smiled at the small request as he took the man’s hand, and lead him over to where the line was forming.

As the two were waiting, Young Saeng couldn’t help the small smile that was on his face, as he realized Hyun Joong had yet to remove his hand from his grip, and instead was looking up over the heads of the people in front of them to see the choices the stand offered. His heart soared high, as he thought about what has happened in the last few days.

When Hyun Joong woke up; he was still not able to get up without feeling dizzy, so Young Saeng insisted on him staying home just one more day. After much arguing Hyun Joong finally relented, and agreed to stay home to get better as long as he could do some paper work as he rested. By the next day, Hyun Joong had finally gotten well enough to go back to work, and though he was happy to be out of bed; when he had gotten to work there were so many meetings, and paperwork to be done it over whelmed him till he was finally able to get a handle over it after a day and a half.

Young Saeng smiled as he remembered how Hyun Joong called him to whine at all of the work he had to do, and blamed him for putting him so behind. Young Saeng had tried to defend himself, but Hyun Jong refused to budge till he agreed that he would provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner for however long it took him to complete his work. During the time they spent together, Young Saeng knew that once Hyun Joong was finished, he would need to take a break from working, so he decided that since Hyung Jun had a soccer match coming up; he would invite Hyun Joong to come with him to cheer is brother on.

Once Hyun Joong had heard the invitation, he had jumped at the chance to spend more time with Young Saeng, and his family who he had grown accustom to seeing and spending time with. Sighing at the memories, Young Saeng was brought out of his daze, as he was pulled forward by Hyun Joong as they had finally reached the counter and was time to put in an order.

Young Saeng was unable to keep the smile off his face, as he watched Hyun Joong order his snacks with a wide smile; laughing he told the lady that worked there what he wanted as he used his free hand to take his wallet out of his bag. Setting his wallet on the counter, Young Saeng wrestled some money out of the slit, and handed it to the lady. Without waiting for his change, he slipped his wallet back into his back shoulder bag, and the just tossed his change in as well.

The two stayed there as they waited for their food to be done; after a few more moments the ahjumma was setting the food down on the counter, Young Saeng finally let go of Hyun Joong’s hand, causing the latter to look at him with a confused look, but also with a slightly hurt tint in his eye. Not wanting the look to stay, young Saeng quickly showed him the food that was placed before him, gesturing that they would need to use both hands, and instantly a smiled grew back on Hyun Joong’s face as he realized the purpose of Young Saeng letting his hand go.

After grabbing all the snacks, the two finally made their way to the stadium, where they looked for Young Saeng’s mother, who was waving at them for the third row with two seats waiting for them.

“Ah… Umma, has Hyung Jun ah played yet?” Young Saeng sat next to his mother, as Hyun Joong bowed as best as he could to her before sitting down.

“No, he hasn’t; he should be going in soon, none of them have made a goal yet; there have been some opportunities too, but still nothing.” Young Saeng grimaced, as Hyun Joong leaned over to him.

“What position does he play?” Turning towards him Young Saeng answered.

“He is a forward, so they should be putting him in, if the ones that are already out there keep messing the goal.” Hyun Joong nodded as he straightened up to begin eating his food.

Some time passed, and the three waited eagerly for when Hyung Jun was going to finally be out in the game. As Young Saeng was talking to his mom, Hyun Joong looked up just in time to see Hyung Jun nod to his coach, before finally running into the field.

“Young Saeng ah isn’t that you brother? I think he is going in now.” Young Saeng turned towards the field eagerly, and began cheering for his brother as he watched the game start once again. Hyun Joong laughed as their mother, leaned over and pulled out a homemade banner with Hyung Jun’s name and number on it, along with his smiling picture in it.

Not wanting to hinder the cheerful mood, Hyun Joong began to cheer as well, when Hyung Jun got his first goal in at his first try. He couldn’t help but to smile as young Saeng cheered as loud as he could for his little brother, who waved at them from the field as he ran by where they were seated at. The laughter grew as Young Saeng grabbed their hands, to form a small wave as Hyung Jun ran around the field. The temperature seemed to drop as the game went on, but Hyun Joong could not see Young Saeng’s smile drop as he watch the game.

Soon half time came, Hyun Joong watched as Young Saeng leaned down grabbing a Gatorade bottle, and then stand up. Easing his way passed Hyun Joong, who just watched him, Young Saeng hurried down the steps as the players were sitting down and getting something to drink. Finally realizing what he was doing, Hyun Joong stood hurrying after the latter, wanting to praise Hyung Jun as well. Reaching the railing, Young Saeng leaned over it calling out to Hyung Jun, who looked up from where he was sitting, and smiled as he stood making his way over to them.

“HYUNG!!! You came too?” Hyung Jun asked as soon as he saw Hyun Joong behind Young Saeng.

“De..! You are really good out there..!” Hyun Joong praised as Young Saeng leaned down to give Hyung Jun his drink.

“Gomawayo..!” Hyung Jun shouted as he took the drink with a smile, and then turned to the side was a group of girls were squealing and calling his name. Young Saeng and Hyun Joong also turned towards them, before turning back to Hyung Jun who was bowing at then respectfully. This only made them squeal even louder, and Hyun joong couldn’t help but to smirk of Hyung Jun’s suaveness.  However, before Hyun Joong could do anything, Young Saeng snapped at Hyung Jun making him turn back to them.

“Ya..! Go back and sit down to rest time is almost up… Ka..!” Hyung Jun sighed and nodded before going back to his team. Hyun Joong was surprised at this, but said nothing as he watched his friends turn towards those girl, who were now looking at him with a scowl, scowl back at them before moving to go sit back down.

***** After Game *****

“Congratulations!!!!” Young Saeng yelled as he meet his brother by the lockers. Hyung Jun ran over to them, jumping on Young Saeng’s back; laughing Young Saeng stumbled a little before adjusting the latter, and gave him a piggy back ride while still cheering loudly.

“I can believe we WON..!” Yelled Hyung Jun as he was carried around, their mother just laughing as she shook her head over her children’s antics.

“Why don’t we go and celebrate… My treat..!” Suggest Hyun Joong. Young Saeng paused wanting to object, but his mother stepped in before he could say a word.

“That would be nice, thank you Hyun Joong ah.” Hyun Joong stuck his tongue at Young Saeng before going to his mother, gently leading her to where his car was parked. Young Saeng just followed in with a pout on his face, but a smile in his heart.

Okay So I am cutting here for today as if I keep going the next cut section will be another three pages. SO KEKEKE I end here. Sorry if it seems too boring just some filler chapters here hahaha XD You know me… calmness before the storm ahahaha XD
