Kyuhyun’s P.O.V

It’s another day of school again. I passed by at the hall Way. It felt Weird. It’s like something is missing. I went to my seat. I was sitting near the back door. I didn’t saw Sooyoung in her seat.  Our class ended but Sooyoung didn’t come to school. I wonder if it’s because of what happened the last time. I saw Taeyeon and Yuri. Maybe they are going to Sooyoung’s house.

I run to them anddecided to come with them.

 

“Taeyeon-ssi!” I called her out. “Where are you going?”

“We’re going to Sooyoung’s house. She didn’t attend school.” Said Yuri

“She wasn’t even answering her phone. We tried to call her in their house but no one’s answering.”

Taeyeon said.

 “Wae?” asked Yuri.

“Ah! Is it ok if come with you?” I asked.

“Ye!” they both chorused.

We hurriedly went to Sooyoung’s house. When we finally reached her house, we called her name many times but no one’s answering. It looks like no one’s home.

“Why don’t we call her parents?” I suggest to them.

“We can’t! Her parents Is in New York.” Taeyeon aid looking so worried.

“Do you know certain places she visits? Her relatives? A place she always goes?” I asked in a calm way not trying to make them worry even more.

“She doesn’t have any relatives here! But we do know a place!” Yuri said.

We hurriedly went to that place but she wasn’t there. It starting to get dark but we still couldn’t see her. I wonder where she went and where she is now. It’s not safe outside. We decided to go back to her house but she still not coming back to their house. We are so exhausted! When we are about to go, we saw Donghae.

Taeyeon’s P.O.V

We suddenly saw Donghae come out of their house.

“No one’s there!” said Donghae

What on earth is he talking about? How did he found out that we are looking for her?

“How did you know?”  Yuri asked.

“You won’t be able to see her here. She’s staying with her cousin.” Donghae said.

“She doesn’t have any cousin here!” Yuri said.

“her cousin came back here from America, she’ currently with her right now. And she left her phone!” Donghae answered while showing Sooyoung’s phone.

“How come you have her phone?” Kyuhyun said

“She accidentally dropped this. Don’t worry; Sooyoung will be back next week. I already told that to the teachers.” Donghae said.

 It’svery unlikely of him to do something like this. He’s weird.

“Chincha! Let’s get going! It’s already dark!” Kyuhyun said.

Yuri and Kyuhyun already go. I decided to stay because I wanted to ask Donghae a few questions.

“Donghae-ssi! I wanted to ask you some questions.” I said

“Sure! What is it?” he asked me.

It looks like he’s very confident. As if he’s not afraid to answer my questions.

“Well, you see…um…It’s about her.” I said.

Gosh! Why am I like this? I couldn’t come up with my words. Then he suddenly sits in the ground.

“You know what? No one knows this, but Sooyoung and I share good memories before. When she was still cheerful. It may not look like as it is but I do know her more than anyone else. I just act like I don’t sometimes!” said Donghae while smiling.

“Every time!” I said sitting in the ground beside him.

“I wish I can predict and control all the situations. If I couldI would be able to protect her.” I said not noticing that my eyes aretearing.

There’s something about the atmosphere. I felt like Im talking to a different person. Donghae never show any kindness to anyone before or that’s just what we are thinking? I just saw the other side of Donghae today. He seemed to be a very nice guy compare to what we thought about him. I look up and stare at the stars. I suddenly remember Sooyoung.

“Sooyoung is like those stars we see at night. It felt like you are so near but the truth is it’s so far” I said still looking at the stars.

“That’s true! But you know there’s a way to get near to her?!” Donghae said leaving me a curious look. “We can be the moon! If she’s the star then we are the moon. No matter where she is, we are there!”

What Donghae said made me smile. He got a point. He’s right. All we have to do is to understand her.

Donghae’s P.O.V

It’s finally weekends. I decided to go outside and take some clean and fresh air. As I opened the gate, I saw Sooyoung waving to her cousin. So, she’s finally home. I decided to come near to her.

“Sooyoung-ssi!” I shout while walking near to her.

She just looks at me strangely. It looks like she still hasn’t forgiven me.

“Annyeong! So, you’re finally back!” I said with a smile trying to have a good conversation with her.

“What do you want from me? And why do you care?” she said not looking at me.

“I just wanted to see if you’re ok now and I wanted to give this to you!” I said while giving her phone. “You accidentally dropped it in your gate! Luckily no one get it.”

She just gets it without saying anything.

“By the way, Taeyeon and Yuri went here with Kyuhyun. They all look so worried. But don’t worry, I already tell them that you’re with sulli.” I said catching her attention

“With Kyuhyun?” she asked. It looks like she couldn’t believe.

“Yeah! I didn’t know that you’re that close to Kyu!” I said

“Don’t fool me! We both know that Kyu is a friend!”  She said causing me to smile.

“Sooyoung, Mianhae! For everything. It’s my entire fault! Im not asking you to forgive me but I just wanted you to know that Im sorry!” I said with a serious face.
