Chapter 9 ~ Nightmare

"Yah! Why did you came home this late at night?" asked the familiar voice. You were still froze at your spot. Slowly, you turned your heels around to see Myungsoo who was wearing a black tank top and tight pants. His hair was messy and his face looked sleepy. "Oh! It's you" you gasped in relief. "I- I-.... I was..." you hesitated. You didn't know whether you should tell him or not about your part-time job. But before you could even state your answer, Myungsoo walked towards his bed and said, "Never mind if you don't want to answer", before landed down on his soft and comfortable bed.

  "I.. ummmm.. sorry for disturbing you and your girlfriend private moment" you blurted. There was a sudden silent for a while before he answered, "She's not my girlfriend". For a second, your mind went blank. "Eh?" you questioned him with a confuse look. "well... She's not" he calmly replied. "B-But you kissed her!" you exclaimed. You were totally clueless about what he was saying. "Well... It just happened that way. She suddenly kissed me. Even I was shocked" Myungsoo sighed as he closed his eyes. "WAIT!" he suddenly got up from lying down and stared at you with a cheeky smile. "You're jealous~" he cooed. "No!!!!!" you quickly barked at him and threw yourself to your bed while Myungsoo was laughing by himself, enjoying teasing.    He then glanced at you who was still in your school uniform. "Not going to change?" he asked with a raised brow. "Later. I want to relax my body for a while" you exhaled and put your right arm under your eyes to cover them. Myungsoo didn't want to bother you with his question so he lied down back to his bed and did the same thing like what you did to your eyes.   "Suzy is perfect, huh?" he muttered. "What?" you spoke in a soft tone since you were tired. "The girl that kissed me" he told but of course you knew who is Suzy. "Y- yeah" you lied. You didn't want to hurt Myungsoo's feelings even though you hate him 20%. "I actually used to love her" he chuckled bitterly. Your heart clutched listening to his voice. "I used to think she's my soulmate and everything. But... She did not reply my love sincerely. I always helped her with things around her and brought her to everywhere she wanted to go. I was really blind until I thought we WERE together. Instead, she said there wasn't anything happening between us so I accepted the reality. Now, she wants to be with me. Saying that she loves me" he voice was cracking so he paused for a second and then resumed, "She thinks all human are toys". You were completely speechless and pitied him. "I'm going to change my clothes" you sighed and stood up from your bed. "Want me to come with you?" he joked to kill his pain. Your eyes rounded and yelled at him, "NO!!! Go away you, byeontae!!!!", which made him burst out laughing. At first, you were mad at him for teasing you but seeing the old naughty L was back made you smiled.    After changing your clothes, you went out from the bathroom. You glanced at L's bed but he was already asleep. You lied on your bed and before you know it, you started drifting to sleep.   *Your POV*   I woke up and realized that I was at an unknown road.    Where am I?   The road was filled with cars.
