A/N: This is short but another is coming! :D

In LA, the boys had a lot more freedom and both were excited to enter their industries and show off their English skills. Jonghyun also learned some Spanish, but he didn’t really know why he would need to use it, but he thought he sounded pretty cool. Key’s perfect English really impressed people and the boys visited some beaches around California in their free time as well. Jonghyun attempted to surf but it didn’t quite work out. 

Finally Onew was able to talk to Key for a bit which made him really happy. Minho was taking a lot of classes and was doing very well. He was also playing club football through the college, but missed being Joon yelling at him. Taemin now missing his older brothers a lot for many reasons. One of the larger ones being that now that he was home alone, he had too much parental attention and was being pulled in many directions. He was forced into some ballet lessons, he was told to go play football with Minho and his dad without having one of his brothers bail him out, AND his parents loved Kai so much, they didn’t have a ton of time just the two of them. 

LA was really enjoyable for both Jonghyun and Key, and the weather was really nice, even in the beginning of winter. 

But....NYC was coming...for the third semester....and boy the weather there was quite unpredictable. 

I miss Minho!

If you whine like that around him, I’m not sure how much he misses you. 

You miss Onew hyung more than anything so don’t judge me. K? 

You miss Minho when he gets up to get something to eat from the kitchen, I don’t know how you’re surviving. 

WITH MY DEAR BROTHER KEY I CAN DO ANYTHING! *back hugging Key, ruffling his hair* WE’RE A TEAM YO!

Tchhh. Aghhh. If I ever pretend like I don’t know you, please don’t take too much offense, you’re just the most embarrassing person to be around. 

Jonghyun then pretended like Key’s words were bullets and fell to the floor clutching his heart. Key wouldn’t have any of it and just left the room to go get ready for another long day of working and meeting and designing without cracking a smile at his hyung’s silliness. YOU’RE NO FUN! TAEMIN WOULD HAVE LAUGHED! 

Key yelled back through his bedroom door. LIKE DINO LIKE MUSHROOM I GUESS! 

A/N: Although most people think they make a good couple, I happen to believe they also make really good argumentative siblings. It's easy to picture.
