As the movie came close to ending, I felt a tear roll down my cheek. The plot of the movie was too much like my own situation at the moment. With Nichkhun cheating and all.

“Hey, why are you crying?” Taecyeon asked in a gentle tone, reaching up to cup my face and wipe my tears away with his thumbs. It didn’t make any better though and I just cried harder. He was so gentle and caring with me all the time, and it touched me.

“It’s just… The movie reminded me of Nichkhun and what he did,” I got out after having calmed down a little.Taecyeon sitting there all the time, holding me to his chest, rocking slowly back and forth in an attempt at comforting, which worked. After I had uttered my answer he moved his hands to my shoulders and moved back  enough to look me in the eyes.

“Don’t think about him. He’s not worth your tears. He’s the one being dumb enough to let go of a chance with you.” His voice firm and expression completely serious, and it actually made me stop crying. He was right. My tears were not worth being spilled for some douchebag that has the decency to cheat on someone.

“I can’t understand why he did this to you,” Taecyeon says more to himself than me before he continues talking to me again. “You are an amazing person, Christine. You are always so caring toward others, putting even strangers before yourself sometimes. An excellent example is the first time we met, when you offered to help us without knowing us. We could have been some gangsters who were planning to you, but you thought only good of us. It still amazes me til this day how you always manage to see the best in people, even though they are bad.” He stopped for a few seconds to catch his breath.

One of his hands had made its way from my shoulder to my face, gently cupping it with one hand. “You are always so kind and honest, and when someone is having a bad you don’t make it worse by showing if you have a bad day yourself. You just put on a smile instead and try to cheer them up. And on top of that you are beautiful. Your smile lights up my day and your eyes shine like stars in the sky. And I know I’m being cheesy now, but I mean it and I can’t keep it to myself anymore because it hurts me to see you hurt. I want you to smile, and I want it to be because of me. Would you be my girlfriend?”

it's done... it's over... the end. finito.
i can't believe it. after a year and a half i finally finished it!
feels kind of good actually... ^^
i decided to finish this on this day (may 12) because my lovely cousine is 21 today!
