The next two days were the same. You attended the therapy sessions that actually helped you. Ms. Kim helped you a lot in clearing your mind and setting a purpose in your life. She made you open your mature side little by little. Also, every after session, Baekhyun picked you up. You would eat together, then visit different places together.

It made the weird feeling inside him grow. 

*Sure, I had crushes before. And it felt.. good to interact with the. But this is greater, like bigger. Wu An Ran, what is this feeling?*

He once thought while lying flat on his bed. Usually he would sneak out late night just to think, and there you would be, getting water or something. Something inside him ticks. He's just waiting for the right moment. The right moment to conform what he's feeling.

Bored, you puffed air in your cheeks while playing with your phone in your hand.

*Kris Ge is supposed to call. Ugh, he must’ve forgotten.* You sighed, throwing the phone to the bed. Your attention diverted to the windows, but you made sure the curtains were always closed. The view would just make you dizzy. *Heights, I hate you. When will I ever get over you?!*

Again, you sighed. It’s Thursday, and therapy sessions were cancelled today. All day, you just paced back and forth in your room, watched tv, played with Sehun and Luhan, or just ate anything you found tasty. You even had an argument with D.O this morning just because of a piece of chicken.

“Are you sure about this?” Suho looked at Kris with rounded eyes. Even in Facetime, Kris still looked… him. Expressionless, smug, face.

Baekhyun looked up when he heard what Kris said. 

“Don’t worry. Look at this as an award, that she behaved the whole week. And besides, you guys are coming with her, right?” Kris said monotonously. The guys looked away.

Sehun wailed. “No way!”

Luhan shook his head fervently. “Ge, I’m sorry. I won’t.”

Kris sighed and looked at Kai. Kai smiled knowingly. “Yes, hyung. I’ll accompany her.”

“Baekhyun can come with her too.” D.O smiled innocently.

Baekhyun shot him a look, but he just grinned. “Right, Byun Baek?”

Kris was also expecting an answer. Baekhyun coughed. “O..okay.”

Kris smiled slightly, the slightest tugging on his lips. “Good. Let’s look at it this way. If we prevent her fom something, she’ll rebel, right? Eventually she'll be caught escaping again. We’re not teaching her to avoid her likes; we’re helping her control herself. My sister is smart. She’ll get it. She’s just stubborn.” Kris explained.

The guys nodded, and that ended their conversation.

“We’re going somewhere tonight.” Baekhyun bolted on your room with a sly smile. You looked up at him, brow raised.

“Dinner?” You asked.

He grinned and shook his head. “Anni. Clubbing.” He winked.

You closed your laptop immediately and stood up.

“Jinja? Like… partying?”

Baekhyun smirked and slowly nodded. Your eyes sparkled with excitement. Hurriedly, you pushed Baekhyun out of you room.

Before closing the door entirely, you winked at him.

“I’m going to get ready. I’m so exciteeeeed!” You squealed, closing the door abruptly after that. Baekhyun stood facing the door you just closed, dumfounded.

“She’s that happy?” He chuckled before going in his room to change.

“You ready?” Kai slung his arm around you and slurred. You didn’t even flinch at his teasing, you just grinned, overjoyed.

“You’re smiling from ear to ear. Freaky.” Luhan brushed past you and shuddered. You rolled your eyes at him and just continued smiling. “I think you’re getting infected with my derpness.” Chanyeol commented.

“I think so too.” D.O nodded willingly while watching tv.

You shrugged at their teasing and waited for Baekhyun to come out, when you noticed only Kai was dressed. “You guys not coming?” You blurted.

Sehun snickered. “Ew, no.” Luhan pretended to choke. “I’ll die in clubs.”

D.O just shook his head. Chanyeol pouted. “Sorry, I don’t want to.”

Suho entered the room in fresh pajamas. “Just… enjoy the night.”

You tilted your head and shot them accusing looks. “There’s something fishy.”

They looked at each other and shrugged. “What do you mean?” Suho smiled.

“Why are you not preventing me? You should not allow me right?”

D.O chuckled. “Baekhyun and Kai are coming with you. We trust them. Or at least we trust Baekhyun. Kai.. not really.”

“Hyung!” Kai protested. Luhan, Chanyeol and Sehun suppressed their laughter.

Suho chuckled. “Yeah right.”

After a few minutes, Baekhyun came out of his room. He twirled the car keys around his fingers playfully. Kai smiled. You eagerly waved goodbye to the others and skipped between Baekhyun and Kai.

“So… what club?” You smiled, expectantly looking at the both of them. Baekhyun stopped in his tracks and looked at you intently.

*He’s doing it again… Ugh.* You tried to breath calmly.

Baekhyun smirked. “We’re going club hopping tonight.” He winked. Kai chuckled beside him, amused.

How else could be the party-goer you react? Doesn’t need an explanation.
