NARRATOR
The next day, you had to monitor the daily business in the clinic. Lazily, you dragged your sleepy self out of the room, craving for a hot cup of coffee. *Suho Oppa makes the best coffee. And, the bagels Baekhyun Oppa bought were the best!* You smiled to yourself, anticipating a good meal ahead.
When you entered the kitchen, no one was in sight.
*Weird, they woke up early yesterday. Must be tired.* You scrunched your nose and made yourself a cup of coffee, bothered with the silent room.
“An Ran, the clinic opens at 8, okay?” Your mom’s voice sounded very demanding on the other line.
“Ne, Mama.” You sighed, thinking about walkng around the halls of the clinic, entering every office, asking about stuff.
“Thanks, my beautiful daughter. Take care, wo ai ni~” She beamed, contented.
“I love you too, bye.”
After changing into a presentable dress, your legs, despite the unwillingness, reaced the door. The guys were still asleep. Not wanting to bother them, you wrote on a sticky note and stuck it in the door.
The clinic was pretty much already full even if it’s still early morning. Women and men of all ages flocked the diferrent rooms.
“Is it like this every day?” You asked Ms. Shim. She proudly nodded back.
Back at the villa, Baekhyun yawned and stretched his hands. He rubbed his eyes and groggily walked away from his bed. His vision was still blurry, but he knows he needs to wake up, his stomach was grumbling.
When he got to the kitchen, he grabbed a bottle of water and gulped it in seconds. His sight landed on the used cup on the sink.
*Must be Suho.* He thought, stalking off to every room to wake up the others.
He arrived at Suho’s room and just entered without knocking.
“Ya, don’t sleep again.” Baekhyun nudged his side. Suho turned away from him and mumbled. “Sleep again?”
“You already drank a cup of coffee and yet you’re still sleepy?" Baekhyun chuckled and clucked his tongue at the leader. Suho lazily sat up and frowned. “Byun Baek, I haven’t had my morning coffee yet.” He yawned.
“You haven’t?”
Suho smacked his head. “No, I haven’t. Now, go make me one. You interrupted my good sleep.”
Baekhyun stood there, eyes digging holes in nowhere.
*Weird, the guys never wakes up early, except for Suho.*
“Hyuuuuuuung! Minhee abandoned us! She left us and she will never come back! We will never see her again!” Sehun wailed on the couch, clutching a pink note.
“Mworago?” Chanyeol ran to him, with his tall legs making long strides. Suho and Baekhyun ran to the living room.
“WHAT HAPPENED HERE?” Suho roared, eyeing the guys. Baekhyun was there, confused.
D.O. rolled his eyes and snatched the note from Sehun. He straightened it and presented it to the leader.
Oppas! Good Morning. I’m at the office. – Minhee
Baekhyun exhaled. Somehow, Sehun’s wailing got to him. He approached the maknae and slapped his arm hard.
“Never do that again.” He shot Sehun death glares. Sehun smiled and bit his lip, containing his laughter.
"My acting is getting better everyday. I should really consider auditioning." He declared. The guys didn't even bother to look at him.
Inside the office, the younger Wu sulked on the desk chair, watching the cctv camereas as cuctomers came in and out. She just finished monitoring every room and department, and it made her lose all her energy. Her eyes slowly closed as she leaned on the cushioned chair, her legs sprawled.
"The clinic's doing really well.." She mumbled, fast approaching dreamland.
“Minhee~” Sehun bolted on the door of the office. He abruptly stopped seeing Minhee sleep in such an awkward position. Slowly, he lifted her and walked towards the couch.
*She's not used to working.* Sehun thought, securing his grip on your sleeping figure.
The other guys entered and were surprised seeing their maknae carrying the younger Wu.
“Is she sick?”
“I don’t thinks so. She’s sleeping.” Sehun answered while carefully placing you on the couch. Baekhyun removed his blazer and laid it on top of her. He walked to the desk and chuckled, seeing your random scribbles on the paper.
“She’s exhausted. Ms. Shim told me that she visited all departments.” Kai entered the room, sipping a frappe, making loud noises. The guys looked at him firmly.
“What?” He blinked innocently.
“Get out, Jongin and finish that drink before coming back in.” Suho ordered. Kai made a face and stomped out the room.
“We slept too much.” Chanyeol started, mindlessly flipping on a magazine. D.O nodded in approval. “It’s her fault she didn’t wake us up....”
“I wonder what happens when she will even try to wake you up, hyung. You might end her dear life with a karate chop.” Sehun commented. D.O rolled his eyes at the youngest. "I won't. I'm a good boy."
"With bad reflexes. You almost killed me last time I woke you up." Sehun added. The guys chuckled at the memory.
“But still, at least one of us must’ve woken up and accompanied her. I think she could’ve used a lot of help in monitoring the clinic.” Baekhyun eyed the guys. Kai guiltily looked away. D.O. nodded in understanding. Suho was looking at your sleeping figure.
“Let’s do something for her then!” Sehun bolted up from his seat and declared proudly. Kai shot him a look. He immediately covered his mouth and sheepishly smiled. “Oops, sorry.”
Suho looked up. “Right. let’s do something.” He smiled, his eyes sparkling.
“What do we do?” Chanyeol smiled, his eyes flamng with interest, and so as the other guys.
Suho smiled knowingly. “What do girls usually want?” He looked at Kai, knowing he has experience at this kind of things.
Kai tried to act innocent, smiling there like a child. “I don’t really know…”
“Jongin, I’ll kill you.” D.O. hissed, annoyed. Kai straightened and raised his hands in surrender.
“Okay, okay. Lemme see.” He his chin, thinking.
The guys looked at him expectantly.
“I think I know something.” He smirked. The 6 of them exchanged looks and smiled.
