Chapter 5: The Third Intern

"We are here," Gary said as the lift stopped. They walked towards another receptionist counter that was before the office. "Good morning. Are you Ji Hyo and Gary?" The receptionist greeted them with a smile. They nodded and she guided them into the office. "Mr Yoo wanted the idea of a cozy office that staffs are comfortable in. Hence, there are no personal cubicles here and to your left, you can see an area with a lot of bean bags. That's where we usually hold our meetings and discussions. Our office has a clear-desk policy, which means that everyone can sit anywhere, as long as they clear their stuff by the end of the day. Now, Mr Yoo will be coming soon. You may wait for him at the discussion area." After the short tour around the office, she went back to her counter and they made themselves comfortable on the bean bags. 

Ji Hyo looked around in awe at the beauty of the office. Although the space of the office was small, the design boosted the coziness of the place. Gary stood up and walked towards the desks. "Look, Ji Hyo! The views through the windows before the desks are amazing! You can look over the entire street!" he exclaimed while pointing at the windows. Ji Hyo nodded and added, "There are also refreshment stations around so that we can get a snack or two!"
