Chapter 23: The Cafe

"Oh my gosh, these dogs are so cute!" Ji Hyo squealed in delight when the couple reached the dog cafe. As though they were awaiting their arrival, the dogs rushed and leaped onto her as soon as they stepped into the cafe. "What about this gae (dog) here?" Gary sulked and stared at her with pitiful eyes. She giggled and cupped her hands on his cheeks lightly. She caressed his cheeks lovingly with her thumbs while staring earnestly into his eyes, "Of course, this gae (dog) is the best!" He chuckled at her reply and took a seat at a nearby table while looking at her play with the dogs from his seat. She must have loved dogs a lot. He smiled to himself as he saw how happy she looked. 

"Ji Hyo? And Gary?" A voice called out at them. Surprised, Ji Hyo immediately turned towards the source of the voice and screamed in delight. "Byul! I missed you so much!" She ran towards her and pounced onto her, holding on tightly. "I missed you too!" Byul hugged back tightly too. "And your style of hugging someone," she added with a chuckle. "Haha?" Gary called out as he saw a familiar figure trying to hide himself behind a table. "Hahaha... 'Ssup Gary!" Haha lifted his head slowly at the voice of Gary and gave an embarrassing laugh. Ji Hyo stared at Haha, then Byul in confusion. "Why are the two of you here?" She asked. Before anyone could reply, she finally understood the situation and pounced on Byul again, "Are you guys togeth
