Chapter 21: The Dinner

"We are here! On your right is the guest room, you can sleep there. I'll prepare a change of clothes and towel for you, so go ahead and take a shower first for now!" Gary spoke as he opened the main door to his flat. Ji Hyo stared in awe at his house's interior design - everything was in monochrome style and it was so tidy that you wouldn't want to mess anything up. "Where are your parents?" She looked around as she sat down on the sofa. "My parents don't live with me. They rented this flat for me because it's nearer to my school. They live at the other end of the country." He laughed as he walked into the kitchen and poured a glass of water for her. He then handed the glass to her and sat down beside her. 

Ji Hyo froze as she took the glass of water. "So... There's only the two of us in this flat?" She asked nervously as she took a sip. Gary grinned at that question. He knew what she was talking about. "Yea, we are alone in this flat. What do you think we should do tonight?" He asked in his low voice cheekily as he leaned closer to her slowly. Flustered, Ji Hyo quickly got up from the sofa and rushed to the room, "I'm gonna take a shower!" Gary chuckled at her reaction and went to his room to get a change of clothes and a towel for her. "I'll leave the clothes and towel on the bed," he called out as he placed the items down on the bed before leaving to take a shower as well. Ji Hyo stood in the bathroom and could not stop blushing at the thought of the two of them spending the night together. She hit her cheeks lightly and scolded herself silently, Stop thinking so much, Song Ji Hyo! You are just staying temporarily at his house as a guest!
