3rd POV

 

"Make sure you all come out to the fair today after school! There will be shuttle buses to take whoever doesn't have a ride. It's open to everyone so tell your family and friends! 5-10!" The class president said during lunch. 

  After he had finished and went to sit down, Aya turned to the others. "You're all going right?" She asked.   They others all nodded, even Suhan. She had gotten home last night and found out that her mother signed her up for the cupcake stand, which she honestly didn't mind that much.    "Park Ssem's giving extra credit to his kids for doing their little part." Seulgi said.   "What?! Hong Ssem made it a requirement for us!" Sehun exclaimed back. "Instead of just enjoying myself, I have to work the ball toss for half an hour."    "Better than the dunk tank." Kai grumbled.   "This is why I told you guys to join to the committee back in August! You could've gotten out of working!" Seulgi said. "While you guys are wasting half an hour watching people fail at the games, Soo, Taemin, and I will be laughing our asses off at you guys."    The others all sighed while Suhan just lightly smiled.    "What booth are you working?" D.O asked Aya. The latter just bit her smile.   "I'm working the balloon darts with Jungkook." Aya responded. D.O. stopped chewing and looked up at her.    "Wait," He said staring at her, "Jungkook as in Jeon Jungkook?!" He exclaimed. "That little bastard who asked you out last year?!"    "Yep!" Aya enthusiastically answered. D.O. would have heavily protested if Kai hadn't shoved a french fry into his mouth to shut him up.   "Suhan what about you?" Seulgi asked the girl.   "I'm working the cupcake stand from 5:00-5:30." Suhan answered.   Kai and Sehun both groaned at how lucky she was. Cupcake stand wasn't that bad, all you had to do was stand around and hand people boxes of cupcakes for a dollar unlike Sehun who had to watch people epically fail at something so simple like tossing a ball into a bucket, or unlike Kai who was going to get dunked in water.    "What time does this period end?" Aya asked after a few minutes.    Seulgi glanced at the clock, "Uh, I think we still have about 25 minutes left."    Aya's face grew a smile. "Great! Let's go to the hill before next period." She said. Everyone but Suhan praised Aya's idea and began to round their trash up and put their books away.    "What's the hill?" Suhan asked.    "It's this really cool place behind the school. Come on, we'll show you." Kai told her. The seven of them grabbed their stuff and walked out of the cafeteria, throwing their trash away on the way out.    Aya led the way to a classroom Suhan had never been in before. She walked in, singing a happy "Hello" to the teacher in there. There weren't any students, just a teacher who groaned at the groups entrance.    "Ugh God help me." The teacher grumbled upon seeing the kids.    "Oh please. You love us. We're the only kids who'll talk to you." Kai chuckled as he slid onto one of the desks.    "You say that as if it's a good thing." The man muttered under his breath as he tried to continue his work.    "Suhan this is Lim Ssem, Lim Chang Jung." Seulgi introduced the two. "Lim Ssem this is Suhan, she transferred here a few weeks ago." Suhan respectfully bowed to the teacher in front of her, wondering how the others could be so informal with him.   "Suhan-ssi I'm going to tell you now, find a new group of friends while you still can." Lim Ssem said which made Suhan smile.    "Ay, Ssem!" Sehun protested. "You know you love us!"    Lim Ssem snorted. "Love is a very strong word." He chuckled.
