Deleted Scene - The Morning Before.
Memories of Her.
You had awoke that morning with an uneasy feeling in your stomach, and as you made your way to
the dining hall the uneasy feeling seemed to grow. The aura's of the other guardians were all the
same - dark. Their expressions couldn't be described with words, but neither could yours, so you
knew exactly what they were feeling at that moment. Dread. Fear. Anxiety.
You sat down at the table with your head low, thinning your lips to the point where they were white.
You were the first one up but the looks of things, the exception of Suho a given, as he hadn't slept a
wink the whole night. He came shuffling in slowly, his eyes worn and red. He sat heavily in a chair
opposite yours and blinked slowly, not saying a word. You didn't have the light in you to even open
your mouth and greet him. Neither of you did - but both of you understood each other because you
felt the same way.
A butler entered the room with a plate of bacon and eggs and a glass of orange juice. He set it down
in front of you and you thanked him absent-mindedly, still staring straight forward into air.
"Eat." Was all Suho spoke the whole time. It was one short word but it told you all you needed to know.
Even though the mood of everyone and everything was not one for talking, he broke through his own
barrier to make sure you ate. He truly was a great leader. You nodded silently and returned your solemn
gaze to your food. You weren't really in the mood to eat. You had lost your appetite due to the fact
that you could die today. As the rest of the guardians filled the room you missed their cheerful
demeanors; the aura now was cold a ghostly - like there was no one in the room at all. You could see
the looks on their faces and knew how they felt. Kai looked up across the table and caught Taemin's
eye contact, the youngers eyes wavering slightly. The two stayed staring at each other for the longest
time, and it was unknown as to whether or not they were talking through thoughts. Kai and Taemin had
been friends for as long as they could remember. They both knew in their hearts that this could be the
last time they see each other alive. A shiver ran down your spine as you imagined one of them lying in
cold blood, their bones broken and skin torn while the other weeps for their lost 'brother' before being
killed himself. You almost teared up at the thought, but you weren't that weak and fragile girl anymore.
You were much stronger now.
You swallowed the lump that was forming in your throat and managed to force a few mouthfuls of food
down your throat. A few of the guardians tried to eat, while others sat and stared at the plate in front of
them, suffocating themselves silently on the uncomfortable, deathly atmosphere. You suddenly found it
hard to breath, and you noticed others did too. No one said anything though, they knew why and so did
you. Key was the last one to enter the room, his gravity unconsciously taking effect of the pressure of
the room. This war would affect him slightly more than the others. He had lost Amber in the last one;
death was all too real for him. His thoughts clouded everything he knew, his doubts made him deaf. If
EXO killed Amber - one of the strongest members of ENDO - then how could they possibly win against
someone five times as strong as that? A dark cloud hung over him and he heavily sat in his seat, not
looking up with his head resting on the table in front of him. You sat at one end of the long table, at the
head, and Suho sat at the other end. You could see each guardian clearly through glazed eyes as you
moved your head slowly upwards. Everyone seemed to be in some sort of gloomy trance now, their
eyes unfocused, ears unhearing and faces unemotional. What ran through their minds as they sat down
together, as they watched with solemn yet unfeeling eyes their comrades at what they all knew could
quite possibly be their last meal together? You knew, too.
It was gratitude.
'Thank you' their minds screamed when their mouths could not.
'Thank you for being a part of my life, thank you for helping me when others would not, thank you for
believing in me, for trusting in me, for loving me.'
'Thank you for everything, my friend. I will love you forever.'

because its not a real chapter I didn't put the grey word at the bottom like I usually do.
(Pay attention to those... They're significant...)
Have an awesome day because I'm tired as buggery, but my student loan application was accepted so yay!
thank you for your support, and get ready for the action-packed final arc.
I'll make it as interesting as I can!
Ooh, also I did a C Major piano cover of EXO's Growl - except the video was all jumpy after I recorded it - but here's a link!
