Sehun had resorted to physical fighting, as had Luhan. They weren't able to use any abilities, so this was the only
 chance they had; even if it was slim. He threw a punch at Kyuhyun, who dodged it and jumped up to the left,
 sending a strong gust of wind at Luhan who attack him from his left. Kyuhyun telekinetically picked up a large 
boulder and flung it at Sehun, who rolled out of the way to his right and landed in a crouch. He winced as his left
 leg started to throb, and he realized it had been hit with great force by the boulder.

"Sehun! Watch out!" Luhan called, quickly uprooting a tree and throwing it towards Kyuhyun to alter his aim.
 Sehun looked up to see Kyuhyun sending a sharp tree branch flying towards him. His eyes widened and he 
jumped up ignoring the shooting pain in his leg to avoid the branch-spear. As he landed, he turned around to 
look at Kyuhyun in case he had a second spear, but instead froze in shock. Luhan's eyes were wide as he slowly 
lowered his hand after throwing the thick tree trunk at Kyuhyun. He had seen it fly towards him, he had seen it 
make contact with his arm. He had seen the 40cm diametre tree truck smash into splinters against Kyuhyun's 
arm, the man not flinching or moving in the slightest. If Sehun hadn't have moved, he would have died. Kyuhyun 
began to laugh.

"What's wrong? You seem surprised!" He cried. "It's funny, I found some power just laying around in this pathetic
 little village. One of your guardians came here and her power was separated from her. Amber, I think her name 
was." Sehun tensed, his breath catching in his throat. "Of course the humans can't see it, but it was a pretty good 
find..." Luhan looked over, knowing exactly how Sehun was feeling. Not only had the two of them been 
responsible for Amber's death with HUNHAN, but because of her death as a guardian they had now given
 Kyuhyun more power. He had found her ability where it had separated from her on earth, and taken it for 
himself - something only he could do. Kyuhyun raced towards Sehun with another sharp branch, determined to
 take the younger out - when suddenly he froze - and although Sehun had been saved, he almost wished he hadn't.

"Get up Sehun!" Tao called from the treeline, Kris floating in the air above them.

"! You idiot!" Sehun cried, knowing that Kyuhyun now had the power of time control, too. Tao frowned as 
Sehun ran towards him, seconds later Kyuhyun breaking Tao's hold like a twig. Tao jumped back in surprise at
 his power, and knew immediately who Sehun and Luhan were fighting.

"His power lets him mimic any power he comes into contact with either through the possessor or through an 
attack." Luhan said with panic in his heart. "You've just handed him the power over time." Tao's face went pale
 as he noticed everything around him speed up, meaning Kyuhyun was slowing time down. Tao counteracted
 it and sped up his own time, running over to Kyuhyun as he leapt up in the air with the help of Sehun's ability. 
Tao cursed loudly as Kyuhyun grabbed Kris and slammed him to the ground, landing on top of his back and 
placing two hands on him. Tao raced forward and threw a punch, suddenly slowing considerably as Kyuhyun 
finished his power sap and leapt off the surprised individual. It was difficult to fight against something you 
had always used for your own gain. Kyuhyun put the time speed back to normal as Tao caught his breath. It 
had been a big strain counteracting someone of his power. Luhan ran over to Kris and helped him up, knowing
 exactly how he was feeling. This was bad. Now Kyuhyun could fly, too. Luhan looked over to Tao, making 
eye contact with him. A telepathic message entered Tao's head from Luhan, and he let out a long breath.

'Tao' he said 'You're our only hope now. I know it's a strain, but remember we have potions to make up for lost 
energy. You need to top his speed no matter what and beat him with physical attacks; our abilities will only be 
absorbed. We'll support you as much as we can, but until others arrive you're all we have.'

Tao thinned his lips and scrunched his eyes shut, feeling the pressure weighing down on him. It was all up to 
him. The fate of the world, of the guardians - right now he controlled it. Tao slowly opened his eyes as time 
began to slow around him. One thing Luhan knew was that when Tao was determined, not even heaven could 
stop him.

Onew threw his hand to the left, and at the same time the mutant rabbit jumped left with its giant fist aimed 
at Himchan. The latter skillfully dodged the beast and deflected three silver swords that Victoria fired at him 
in one swipe of his femur sword. Himchan was still being held in the air by his now freakishly long broken 
spine that traveled out of his tail bone and stuck into the ground like the stalk of the flower, and Himchan's 
powers were in full bloom. He used his nerve endings to move the spine around so he could dodge and attack
 in the air like a striking python. He had almost been defeated once, he wouldn't let it happen again. Himchan
 shot several digits out of his finger tips once again and slashed at Victoria with the other hand.

"You people are all weak!" He cried "Undeserving of even fighting the Mato Warriors!" Onew let his beast 
take the digital bullets for him and continued fighting.

"What makes you think we're so weak. We almost killed you before!" He replied.

"Almost is a funny word." Himchan said darkly, throwing a bone dagger at Victoria and having it stick in her 
leg. She fell down and hissed in pain. "You almost know all the capabilities of my power." He smirked, before 
Victoria cried out in pain loudly and stood up, rushing towards Onew with panic covering her face.

"Run!" She cried "I don't have any control!" Onew instantly jumped to the side and commanded his rabbit-beast 
to put Victoria in a hold. It was obvious Himchan intended to make him fight his own ally and best friend.

"What are you doing to her?" Onew asked, summoning another beast from the forest. This one was a squirrel. 
He would hold Victoria down for as long as he could while she was still under Himchan's control, and until 
then he would fight alone.

"You really wanna know?" He asked deviously. "I'll tell ya. When my bone connects with another living creatures 
bone, I can manipulate their bones too... It's kinda like a remote control car or something!" he laughed, making 
Victoria jerk about under the rabbit's grip. Onew froze, realizing what that meant for him. Himchan laughed 
again,seeing his expression.

"That's right!" He cheered."I'd been waiting for you to figure it out, once you did I'd use it!" The rabbit suddenly
 let Victoria go and spun around to face Onew. When he had used the rabbit as a shield to the digital bullets 
earlier in the fight, of course Himchan had planned that he would. The digits from his fingers were now in 
contact with the bones of the rabbit-beast, and therefore under Himchan's control.

"Your move." he smirked.

"Youngjae! Stop! Don't kill her!"

Youngjae's eyes wavered as he heard a voice he thought long gone. He dropped to his knees and stared at the 
boy in front of him.

"Z-Zelo..?" He asked, his voice breaking. "You can't be here, you ca-... I thought you were dead..." He said in 
disbelief. Zelo nodded and stepped forward, slowly approaching his friend.

"It's me, I'm not dead... Please... I'm sorry for betraying you all, I'm sorry you thought I was dead, I'm sorry 
fo-" Before Zelo could finish Youngjae had him in a tight hug, his eyes closed tight.

"Don't be sorry..." was all he could manage to whisper. He was still in shock, but he was so happy to see his 
friend alive. Youngjae didn't want Zelo to be remorseful; he wanted him to be happy, too. They spent a short 
moment in silence before Zelo spoke.

"Listen. Kyuhyun is going to betray us - I heard him talking to himself on the way here. We need to help the 
guardians if we can." Youngjae paused and looked at his friend. If it were anyone else he would have thought it 
was an impostor, but he knew Zelo. His friend was telling the truth.

"What happened... Where did you go?" Youngjae asked. Zelo sighed and motioned for everyone to sit down.

"This will take a while." He began. "After I created the mist screen I ran through the forest to where I had seen 
a river flowing through. I hung my mask on a branch right next to the drop so that whoever found it would think 
exactly what you all thought - that I had drowned in the river. I changed the water to solid under my feet and 
then ran down it as far as I could go before escaping out of town. I was going to stay in hiding for longer, but 
once I felt the burst of power from the forest on my side of town I knew something was wrong." Zelo looked 
up to make eye contact with Daehyun. You still had your guard up, but after hearing what Zelo had to say and 
the real emotions felt by the two of them, you began to become a little more trusting.

"Who... Are you?" You asked. Zelo looked up.

"It's ok, I'm not your enemy anymore, and neither is my friend," He motioned towards Youngjae. "I helped Lay 
escape with his earth friends the last time the Mato Warriors saw him. Kyuhyun tricked us and he's planning to 
take Mato for himself. We haven't got much time, so we need to let the others know so we can stop him." You 
nodded, but suddenly began to feel dizzy. You hadn't been to earth as much as the other guardians so it was really 
taking a toll on you, and you had decided to trust the two warriors in front of you. If they wanted to attack you, 
you would be dead by now. It looked as if Zelo was telling the truth. You sent a telepathic message to the relayers 
asking for a potion, a frown creeping onto your face as you tried to see through the blurriness your eyes created. 
You had been using a lot of your stamina to stay silently perched in the tree, and had been up there far longer than 
when the other fights started. The three of you heard rustling from the bushes and you raised your guard once again, 
only to hear a slightly frightened 'It's only me!' in your mind. Zelo's breath hitched in his throat as he saw who had 
come to deliver the potion. She was just as beautiful as he remembered, and she remembered him too.

"Hyoyeon..."

I'm almost packed up for Uni! And my medicine isn't working...

I thought I should update today because even though this chapter isn't romantic its still valentines day and for
the few of you who are lucky enough to have a boyfriend then heres something more ^^

excuse me while I be bitter and single and miserable because I feel useless and and alone and I just
wanna cry because of all the that's going on with pressure and Uni and life
