The next day i woke up in a great mood for some odd reason. I got washed up and changed into a black white beater dark blue jeans, my leather jacket and a pair of black high heeled boots. "Morning Minho" i greeted my brother with a smile. He looked at me " your happy today," i nodded "im going to go to the garage and work on my car, race tonight dont forget, im going to grab food on the way so don't worry ok?" I waved good bye and left the house. I grabbed noodles from a local vender and continued on my way to Keys garage. "Key, its Jia," i knocked on the garage door. He yelled to come in. "I brought noodles. Lets eat" he walked out from a car wiping his hands off on a oilly rag, he smiled when he saw me "Jia being nice? Has hell froze over?" I narrowed my eyes "ok ill just throw yours out" i shrugged "bothers me none" Key rushed over and grabbed it from me "dont ever say that about ramen" i shook my head and laughed. We sat in a couple chairs and ate our ramen, " did you need something?" He asked after we were finished eating. "Yah, you know i come see my baby before each race" he nodded looking kind of disappointed. I took off my jacket tossingit on the chair i was sitting in "turn on some music will ya?" I asked he nodded and the radio sound echoed around the garage. " Thanks" i said and got to work on my car. Before i knew it three hours had passed. "I think you love that car more than your brothers" Key joked. I chuckled "that could be true" i wiped my hands. " You have a little grease right here" Key said walking over to me and used his clean rag to wipe it off and got closer to my face like he was about to kiss me. I pushed him away "damn it Jia" he shouted throwing the rag on the ground, his tone made me jump. "why do you do this? When someone tries to get close to you you push them away, i get it it hurts but acting like this will not bring Jonghyun back, he's gone Jia. I quickly pulled out my tires squealing i caught a glimpse of Keys angry face as i drove by. My phone rang from unknown number i was weary but answered anyway "Jia, its Jong Up i ran into your friend Min and she gave me your number, i was wondering if you wanted to go on another date tonight" his voice sounded nervous. "I cant race tonight." I answered "after, how about if i beat you tonight then we go out tonight" i laughed " and if i win?" He was quiet for a moment " then i will leave you alone forever" he finally said, o couldn't help but smile " alright deal, i look forward to kicking your " we hung up, after that i couldn't keep a smile off my face. I drove up a long curvy hill where the race was supposed to be held. It was narrow so only five drivers were allowed to race. I pulled into a empty ' parking spot and got out, Min ran over "Key said you got in a fight" she whispered to me, i shrugged." He tried to kiss me so of course, but you gave Jong Up my number.. why" i crossed my arms and narrowed my eyes at her " yes, it's good for you, he's cute" i rolled my eyes "Min you think everyone is cute" she went to object but couldn't think of a good excuse. I laughed "thats why i love you Min" Minho, Taemin and Onew came walking over "ONEW?! Is that you" i ran over to him and hugged him "i haven't seen you in years!" He smiled and hugged back " look at you, you turned into a bad girl" he faked a shiver and i couldn't help but laugh Onew always used to joke about that kind of stuff. " And your racing now. I must have been gone awhile, a shame your brother doesn't race any more he was decent at it," Minho glared at him. "Jia!" I turned around Jong Up was jogging over to me. "Ohh Jia, you have a boyfriend? Im so sad" Onew frowned, i shot him a look "he is not my boyfriend just a pain that won't go away." He cocked his head confused "My little Jias gotten so harsh" he said to Minho, Taemin nodded "she has gotten meaner, she sometimes chases me through the house threatening to kill me and asking if i wanted to die for no reason" Onew raised his eyebrows at me, i grabbed Taemin by the collar of his shirt "do you wanna die? If not then shut your mouth" by this time Jong Up was standing next to me. "Im a good mankee, i wake both of them up to get ready for the day. And she attacks me almost everyday" Taemin whined " seems like Jia isn't a morning person" Jong Up chuckled i jumped not knowing he was there. " She used to be nice" Onew shook his head Jong Up nodded "i still see it deep down" he looked over at me and my cheeks grew hot. " Okay well I'm going to go get ready for the race it starts in less than five minutes" i said and quickly got away i slid in behind the wheel and turned it on, i drove to the starting line, i turned the radio on U-Kiss Shut Up on, i turned it up my bass vibrating my car. When everyone was lined up we reaved our engines and sped off when the green cloth was dropped. Everyone sped off. I was in the lead most of the way taking sharp turns Jong Up was right on my tail. I saw the finish line but right at the last second Jong Up sped passed me across the finish line. My jaw dropped. No freaking way he won...
