As experience has taught me in the few weeks that I've been dieting. I've lost 2lbs in about a week. I haven't been exercising to tell the truth. I have only been doing the eating part of the diet, for experimental reasons.
I have a smoothie for breakfast then I eat banana for snack. Lunch is usually soup or salad sometimes cereal and a couple of strawberries for snack. Dinner is whatever mom's making and smoothie for a snack.
So my advice is something all dieter have heard in their dieting experience.
Eat six small meals 3 normal meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) 3 snacks (Mid-morning, Afternoon and late night or just night)This will increase your metabolism because your body doesn't stop burning calories. Your body slows down burning calories when it believes there isn't enough to burn. This happens when you eat 3 tradition meals without adding the snacks. Because of the gaps in between the meals, your body thinks it's starving and hence it'll slow down calorie burning.
