Kpop is apart of most (if not all) of our lives here on AFF, am I right?
So, why not lose weight with your favorite groups/artists?
Well, you can... Here's how:
How To Lose Weight With Kpop
(Having FUN with it makes it work better and faster)
Step 1: Download your favorite artist's songs (only the ones that make you move) at least 4 ex: f(x)- NU ABO {it's catchy and upbeat, puts me in a dancing mood} Step 2: Pick exercises you like (ones you wouldn't mind doing) ex: I like jumping jacks and squats Step 3: Assign exercise to song ex: squats NU ABO- f(x), jumping jacks Jumpin- Kara Step 4: Do that ish as many times a day as you can (or at least 2x a day)Author's Note:
Hey err'body! I've been on hiatus for evah! I'm sorry, but I'm going to be updating a lot more frequently. I'm sooo sad because I gained weight because of back to back birthday parties and thanksgiving, homecoming and ect.
