This chapter is about delicous omletes the healthy way for you and your family. Grab your pots and pans. Tie on that apron cuz we're about to get cooking! Let's go!   Egg White Omlete (Makes 4 servings & approx. 270)

4 tsp. extra olive oil

1 small onion, finely chopped

Salt

1 10-oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed (with all excess water squeezed out)

4 plum tomatoes, finely chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)

Freshly ground black pepper

12 egg whites

2 tbsp. water

Nonstick cooking spray

I've never been successful in diets U_U and now I'm hoping I could do it. Here's my daily diet schedule:
1-2 hrs of running before school.
30 mins of jump-roping after school
15 mins of Yoga....

Chapter 16: Hello! I think we've talked before? I'd like to add that if you cut potatoes out it helps a lot as well, I'm on a diet void of red meat, potatoes, dairy (excluding probiotic yogurt) + the things metioned above and it actually feels great :>
