How I start my day....

Lately, I haven't been feeling well and my mom's a "Kia, you have to stay in bed and don't stare at that computer screen 27/7" so I haven' t been. And because of my illnesses I'm lacking the proper appetite, if I ever had one XD. So how I usually start my day is.

Exerise 

For my daily morning exercise, I like to keep it calm and do yoga or pilates. Strentches the muscle and relaxes the mind, body and soul. A great way to start the day, if I must say so myself.

Shower

Gotta get rid of the sweat before you leave the house and stuff XD

Breakfast

For breakfast, I have one medium banana with pure honey drizzle and a small glass of orange juice. 

School (if I go)

Somedays I feel well others I don't... but when I do, I pack a lunch of spinach salad with vinagerette sauce and Fruit2O


This is how I start my day. I wanna know how you all start yours^^

Chapter 52: Hey, I've been wondering if Chicken will make you gain weight? And what about eggs? (I love to eat eggs and I'm trying to cut down the red meat)
I've never been successful in diets U_U and now I'm hoping I could do it. Here's my daily diet schedule:
1-2 hrs of running before school.
30 mins of jump-roping after school
15 mins of Yoga....
Is that okay?

Chapter 16: Hello! I think we've talked before? I'd like to add that if you cut potatoes out it helps a lot as well, I'm on a diet void of red meat, potatoes, dairy (excluding probiotic yogurt) + the things metioned above and it actually feels great :>
