In this chapter I will put fun exercises to help you burn those nasty calories.... These exercises are more fun went done with music (and probably even more fun with friends)
Let's move it move it!
Exercise#1
Just dance around to your favorite songs. I do it all the time.
Example: I'll use me!
I'm 175 cm and 73kg, If I danced for 30ish minutes I could burn 203 calories and 329 calories in an hour.
Exercise#2
Walk every where you can
Example: I'll use my case (again)
I live 5 minutes from my school and 25-30 minutes from my job by foot. So instead of getting a ride to school/work I walk if I can. There's a store 15 minutes away, so I walk up there every few weeks. There's also a Whole Foods Store 10ish minutes away from my house.
