The sweet taste of blueberries, raspberries, bananas, and the color of the carrots come together to make a tasty snack for us.

Today's post comes with a tip! (Wooo Yay! Tips!!!!)

If you make your food look pretty on your plate you'll be less likely to eat it fast. This gives your brain time to register fullness level.  The more veggies and fruit you eat during the day, the faster you get full. This is because fruits and veggies have fiber and fiber keeps you full and focus. Eat a banana or two everyday. These tasty fruits kill fat along with their veggie friend the avocado... is avocado a fruit or veggie? Change up your veggies and fruit daily, if you don't normally eat them. Do this until you find the veggies and friuts that are right for you.

Chapter 52: Hey, I've been wondering if Chicken will make you gain weight? And what about eggs? (I love to eat eggs and I'm trying to cut down the red meat)
I've never been successful in diets U_U and now I'm hoping I could do it. Here's my daily diet schedule:
1-2 hrs of running before school.
30 mins of jump-roping after school
15 mins of Yoga....
Is that okay?

Chapter 16: Hello! I think we've talked before? I'd like to add that if you cut potatoes out it helps a lot as well, I'm on a diet void of red meat, potatoes, dairy (excluding probiotic yogurt) + the things metioned above and it actually feels great :>
