Hey everyone,

I'm back. Got my laptop fixed and my account info back from my friend. I'm also getting a lot better, haven't been back to the hospital for about a month and 10 days. Yayy! 

As we might've guessed from the title, I'm out of school until well university starts in late Aug. early Sept. I'll be updating about biweekly. So send your requests and such. I also have a diet testing staff now lol. We've created a youtube oddly named: LUCKY NUGGETS. Where we'll being doing the diets you request and uploading the results and maybe doing random junk in between diets. 

Who else graduated in 2015? I wanna congratulate y'all so comment your graduation year, be it this year or 20 years ago or 20 years from now.

Chapter 52: Hey, I've been wondering if Chicken will make you gain weight? And what about eggs? (I love to eat eggs and I'm trying to cut down the red meat)
I've never been successful in diets U_U and now I'm hoping I could do it. Here's my daily diet schedule:
1-2 hrs of running before school.
30 mins of jump-roping after school
15 mins of Yoga....
Is that okay?

Chapter 16: Hello! I think we've talked before? I'd like to add that if you cut potatoes out it helps a lot as well, I'm on a diet void of red meat, potatoes, dairy (excluding probiotic yogurt) + the things metioned above and it actually feels great :>
