Hey my Lovely Readers! I posted a poll days ago, where I asked you all which diet you wanted to know about and a majority who voted voted for the Nine Muse Paper Cup Diet others voted for the Pilsuk/Dream High diet. So today I'll be discussing the Pilsuk Diet! Let's Go!

Pilsuk Background:

Kim Pilsuk is main character of Dream High 1. Kim Pilsuk is played by the young actress Lee JiEun. Kim Pilsuk first appears as a girl wearing a sushi mascot costume during the auditions. She is a girl with a beautiful voice and perfect pitch but is overweight. IU on the other hand is not.

Chapter 52: Hey, I've been wondering if Chicken will make you gain weight? And what about eggs? (I love to eat eggs and I'm trying to cut down the red meat)
I've never been successful in diets U_U and now I'm hoping I could do it. Here's my daily diet schedule:
1-2 hrs of running before school.
30 mins of jump-roping after school
15 mins of Yoga....
Is that okay?

Chapter 16: Hello! I think we've talked before? I'd like to add that if you cut potatoes out it helps a lot as well, I'm on a diet void of red meat, potatoes, dairy (excluding probiotic yogurt) + the things metioned above and it actually feels great :>
