For breakfast since it's the most important meal of the day, I tend to eat healthy...
Scrambled Egg Whites, Celery, Fruit and Water or Smoothie

Watermelon, Plum, and Bluberries, and Water or SmoothieVeggie only Salad with little or no salad dressings, Fruit, Water or Smoothie
I think we probably see a pattern here.... I don't eat much meat because it's nasty and everytime I go to I think of all those cute animals... T~T
You can eat meat with these if you want. I don't judge.
