Some quick weight loss tips:
*Cut simple carbs (i.e: Sugar, white/refined breads and some wheat/brown rices and breads)
*Eat more fruits and vegetables (especially avocados and bananas)
*Rotate exercises to confuses your body
*Drink enough water for your body weight (or 10 oz more than needed, if exercising)
*Reduce sodium intake to reduce bloat
*Get at least 6 hours of sleep
*Set monthly weight goals
