The Greek Yogurt Diet Background:

I was watching Dr. Oz and he was talking about foods that kids will love that would aid in weight loss. He mentioned the Greek Yogurt diet.

Weight: 72.5 kg (<---yes, I gained weight because of back to back birthday parties)

BMI: 24.5 (<---healthy weight)

After Greek Yogurt DIet:

Height: 172cm

Weight: 72.1 kg

BMI: 24,4 (<---healthy weight)

Diet Name: Greek Yogurt Diet

Diet Focus: Weight Loss

On this diet you eat 3 meals a day 2 of which consist of greek yogurt. You eat the yogurt for breakfast and dinner with your choice of fresh fruits and veggies. While for lunch you are free to eat whatever you want and perform regular  exercise routines. 

My Example:

Breakfast- Greek Yogurt (160 cal.) and banana and celery

--Just Dance 3 I was mad for loving you Sweat Ver.

Lunch- TBD

--Just Dance 3 I was mad for loving you Sweat Ver.

Dinner-Greek Yogurt with apple and carrots

--30 minutes of any kpop girl group dancing

Chapter 52: Hey, I've been wondering if Chicken will make you gain weight? And what about eggs? (I love to eat eggs and I'm trying to cut down the red meat)
I've never been successful in diets U_U and now I'm hoping I could do it. Here's my daily diet schedule:
1-2 hrs of running before school.
30 mins of jump-roping after school
15 mins of Yoga....
Is that okay?

Chapter 16: Hello! I think we've talked before? I'd like to add that if you cut potatoes out it helps a lot as well, I'm on a diet void of red meat, potatoes, dairy (excluding probiotic yogurt) + the things metioned above and it actually feels great :>
