Hey my Lovely Readers! I'm sorry for the slow updates, I caught a cold from being rained on. Plus me and my mom have been getting into a lot of arguments lately and that's been upsetting me. But, now I'm here to give you some diet do's and don'ts so that your diets are always successful. Let's go!
The Don'ts are First because they need the most attention....
What not to eat...
1. No white rice.
Whte rice has 23 grams of carbohydrate. And carbs turns into fat. You don't want 23 grams (or more) of fat in your body do you?
2. No pasta.
