Hey my Lovely Readers! I will be going on hiatus after this post and if you'd like to know why I posted the reason in the Hiatus info part of the foreward.  Also I won't be able to start the Dream High Diet Weight Loss Evaluation due to a medical issue I'm struggling with at the moment. Well I can do the diet, but not the exercise. Please enjoy this chapter.

The Dance Diet Background:

The dance diet was created by a close friend named Kahli. She created this diet as a way to do something she loved and lose weight at the same time.

Name: Kahli M.

Height: 171cm

Weight: 75kg

BMI: 25.63 (<--overweight)

After Dance DIet:

Height: 172cm

Weight: 53kg

BMI: 18.11 (<--Mild thinness)


Diet Info:

Diet Name: Dance Diet/ Move It To Lose It Diet

Diet Focus: Fun Weight Loss

On this diet you eat 3 small meals a day and dance for 1-2 hours a day weekdays and 2-3 hours weekends. You would break the dance sessions up as you see fit. The diet calls for low cal meals and high intesity dancing to fast songs.

Breakfast- Egg white omlete w/ toast and a glass of green tea

Chapter 52: Hey, I've been wondering if Chicken will make you gain weight? And what about eggs? (I love to eat eggs and I'm trying to cut down the red meat)
I've never been successful in diets U_U and now I'm hoping I could do it. Here's my daily diet schedule:
1-2 hrs of running before school.
30 mins of jump-roping after school
15 mins of Yoga....
Is that okay?

Chapter 16: Hello! I think we've talked before? I'd like to add that if you cut potatoes out it helps a lot as well, I'm on a diet void of red meat, potatoes, dairy (excluding probiotic yogurt) + the things metioned above and it actually feels great :>
