Hey my Lovely Readers! I will be going on hiatus after this post and if you'd like to know why I posted the reason in the Hiatus info part of the foreward. Also I won't be able to start the Dream High Diet Weight Loss Evaluation due to a medical issue I'm struggling with at the moment. Well I can do the diet, but not the exercise. Diet Focus: Fun Weight Loss
On this diet you eat 3 small meals a day and dance for 1-2 hours a day weekdays and 2-3 hours weekends. You would break the dance sessions up as you see fit. The diet calls for low cal meals and high intesity dancing to fast songs.
