Author's Note:

I'm sorry to fo this to you, but you know how you just have things that upset you or make you sad or just have things that you want to share with the world.  I'm just going to do it once a week. 

My Grandmother is so mean!!

 

Okay, so today I visited my grandmother and she told me I looked fat... I try very hard to please this woman. I haven't seen her in 5+ years and I've lost a hella lot of weight since the last time I saw her. 

It hurt my feelings because I'm already losing weight because of her and I've gotten so far and it's still not enough for her.... 

I really really don't like ungrateful people or people who set high standards and then change them when someone reaches them.... they give me a headache. DON'T get me wrong. I love my grandma, but she's cray cray. I admit before I moved with my mommy I was a lot thinner and after I gained a lot of weight, but I'm trying to lose it. Shouldn't that count for something? Anything?

Okay that's all for this week's rant cause I don't really like complaining and stuff.

Chapter 52: Hey, I've been wondering if Chicken will make you gain weight? And what about eggs? (I love to eat eggs and I'm trying to cut down the red meat)
I've never been successful in diets U_U and now I'm hoping I could do it. Here's my daily diet schedule:
1-2 hrs of running before school.
30 mins of jump-roping after school
15 mins of Yoga....
Is that okay?

Chapter 16: Hello! I think we've talked before? I'd like to add that if you cut potatoes out it helps a lot as well, I'm on a diet void of red meat, potatoes, dairy (excluding probiotic yogurt) + the things metioned above and it actually feels great :>
