Hey my Lovely Readers! I'm Back with the Do's of diets. I'm hoping that I could get some diet questions from you guys while my brother is in town. I have compiled a list of things to do on your diet.... Let's go!
P.S I want to build you guys a Motivation Station Chapter, but I'm having trouble thinking of who to put. Can you help me out by commenting suggestions on who should be in the Station. Americans, Koreans, Japanese, Taiwanese anybody who y'all think can motivation you and others to lose there desired amount of weight. THANKS!
The list of do's is shorted than the don'ts because you can do whatever you want as long as it doesn't include any of the don'ts... hehe
What To Do On A Diet....
Think Wisely...
When I say think wisely, I mean everyday things can help you lose weight. Such as taking the stairs everyday vs the elevator. Walking to the store down the street vs driving. Eating a carrot vs the chocolate bar. Or even grabbing a water bottle vs a soda bottle.
Be Motivated...
When I diet I run multiple tests on myself. (ie: I weigh myself and write it down. Measure my waist, hips, thighs, and calves and compare it to someone who is my height but smaller in weight.) after running a few test on myself and my biases I use the one who are similar to myself in height.
