All eyes were on the pair. Whispers and murmurs were heard throughout the hall as Seoyeon and L made their way to the dance floor. They were like the perfect couple.

Infinite couldn’t believe their eyes. L was going to dance with Seoyeon! They secretly cheered their friend on because they knew he was grinning like a fool at the moment.

Beast and BTS watched from afar. All of them thought L and Seoyeon made a good pair. That’s all but one. Suga was not happy. He did not like the fact that people in the hall were talking about how L and Seoyeon made a good pair.

No, it was supposed to be him and her. Not L and Seoyeon. She was his, not L’s.

Being the observant brother he was; Doojoon clearly saw that L had feelings for Seoyeon, but he didn’t show it to her until now. But there was something that bothered the older boy. Why was L now showing his affection to Seoyeon? Was it because she was the eldest daughter of Yoon Corporations?

*I hope his feelings for her isn’t because of her money or fame.* Doojoon thought.

L and Seoyeon danced in silence. They didn’t exchange any words between them. L had his arms around her waist, while she had her hands on his shoulder.

There was this big gap between the two making them look…awkward.

L was just staring at Seoyeon. He still couldn’t process it in his mind that he was really dancing with the girl he liked. Loved even.

“Seoyeon-ssi,” He called softly. Seoyeon blinked and lifted her head to look at him, “O-oh.” “Are you…okay?” Seoyeon bite her bottom lip and nodded. However, L didn’t believe her. He knew she was lying…and uncomfortable.

“Are you perhaps…uncomfortable dancing with me?” He asked. Seoyeon shook her head, “No, that’s…that’s not it.” “Then is it something my aunt said?” “No, it’s just…I wasn’t expecting…you.”

L blinked, baffled, “Me?” Seoyeon shook her head, giving L a small smile, “I’m sorry. It’s nothing.” Still L didn’t believe her.

He stopped dancing and grabbed one of her hand. Seoyeon looked up at him, puzzled, “Myungsoo-ssi.” L smiled, “You can just call me Myungsoo.” 

Seoyeon couldn’t help but admire his smile. It was definitely breathtaking. Then she snapped out of her thoughts when he gave her hand a squeeze.

“Come with me.” With that, he pulled Seoyeon off the dance floor.

The people that was there watching them (that included Beast, BTS, Infinite, Mr. and Mrs. Yoon, along with Mr. and Mrs. Kim) were all surprised at what L did.

Mrs. Yoon turned to her husband with round eyes, “What do you think he’s going to do with our Seoyeon?” Mr. Yoon shook his head, “I don’t know, honey.”

“What is he doing?” Hoya gaped. Sungyeol chuckled with his arms crossed over his chest, “Something that he should have done a long time ago.”

The Infinite boys turned to look at him. “You know what’s he’s going to do, don’t you?” Dongwoo accused. Sungyeol raised his hands up, “I will say nothing.”

“He looks like he’s going to run away with her, Doojoon.” Junhyung chuckled. “Yeah, do you think he’s going to be your brother-in-law, Doojoon?” Yoseob asked.

Doojoon shook his head, “I don’t know you guys. I’m just hoping that nothing bad happens.”

“He’s kidnapping Seoyeon noona.” Ju
