Just any other day
Turtle
“Excuse me. Sorry. Pardon me.” Seoyeon pushed her way through the crowded hallway.
“Oppas!” “Infinite oppas!” Girls squealed and crowded the hallway. Seven figures walked down the hallway, smiling and sending girls over the edge.
Seoyeon glanced over to the middle of the hall. There were seven figures walking down the halls.
Everyone in the hallway was treating them like they were some God or something.
“People really have no shame.” Seoyeon clucked her tongue and began to walk away. As she walked away, someone was watching her with an amused smile playing on his lip.
“Yoon Seoyeon, you really are something.” L chuckled lightly. “Dude, are you talking to yourself again?” Hoya raised an eyebrow. L blinked baffled, “What? No.” “L, were you talking about Seoyeon-ssi then?” Sungjong asked.
L didn’t reply. It was silent for a moment.
“Yeah, he definitely was talking about her.” Hoya smirked. L frowned at the older boy, “I was not.” “Stop denying it, L. I saw Seoyeon-ssi walking away and you watching her.” Sungjong chuckled.
“What are you three whispering about?” Sungyeol asked wrapping an arm around Sungjong’s shoulders. “Seoyeon-ssi.” Sungjong and Hoya replied. “Oh,” Sungyeol nodded, “The mysterious turtle. Still haven’t found anything about her yet, detective?”
L shook his head, “Nothing much.” “Unless you’re a lazy or stupid detective, but how haven’t you found anything about the mysterious turtle?” Hoya crossed his arms. “Yah, I’m not a lazy or stupid detective. For the past three years, I just haven’t found much about her.” L defended.
“Then I guess Seoyeon-ssi is really good at hiding things.” Sungjong chirped. “You guess? Seoyeon-ssi is good at hiding things.” Sungyeol pushed the maknae’s head. “Yah!” The three older boys laughed.
Then the first bell of the day rang.
“Alright you four hyenas go to class.” Sunggyu shooed. “Bye guys.” Sungjong waved. “Come on Sungyeol!” “Aish. See ya’ll later!” Sungyeol saluted and ran after Sungjong. “Yah Lee Sungjong, why didn’t you wait for me?!”
“Well, I got to go to class. Bye.” L saluted and ran off. “That love struck boy.” Sunggyu chuckled. “Come on, we need to get to class too.” Hoya mused.

A dreamy sigh escaped L’s lips as he gazed at Seoyeon. He didn’t mean to stare at her. It just…sort of happened.
“Yoon Seoyeon,” He whispered. As if Seoyeon heard him whisper her name, she looked up from her book and glanced around.
“Oh crap.” L ducked his head and gazed out the window acting like nothing happened. Seoyeon scratched her head then shrugged and went back to reading her book.
L sighed in relief. *That was close. I need to stop thinking about her.* He glanced at Seoyeon again and his eyes softened. *Seoyeon.*
------
The lunch bell rang and students began piling out of the classroom.
L lingered behind because Seoyeon was still in her seat. She was still working on the assignment the physics teacher had assigned.
*Seoyeon, aren’t you going to eat lunch?* L gazed at Seoyeon in concern. She didn’t give L any signs of moving.
“L!” Hoya called from the doorway. L looked up at the older male then shi
