Hi, my name is Dara.. And I’m a freshmen student at Lupus University one of the top school in Korea.

“Watch yourself you nerd HAHAHA..”

“WHAT A LOSER.”

All my books dropped down on the ground. Being a short tempered little me, I growled at them. My eyes changed color into a light blue crystal while my teeth and finger nails sharpened.

The two mean girls turned around and in a flash I was pinned on the wall.

“Did you just growl at us?” Jessica and Gyuri’s eye colored also change into a deep brown chocolate while her sidekick Gyuri bared her fangs at me. Both of the girls’ nails sharpened ready to claw my eyes out.

“HEY.. STOP IT..”

Oh thank god I thought I was going to die.. I watched my best friend Bom approached us and pushed Jessica and Gyuri off of me.

“Tell to your nerdy friend to better watch it.” Jessica snarled at Bom.

“Or else..” Gyuri showed off her sharpened claws.

They both gave me one last mean look and walked away.

“Dara are you ok?”

“Deh Bom thanks… again…”

“Shhh.. why can’t you just avoid those stupid mean girls?.. It’s like every freaking day you are getting bullied..”

I looked at Bom and saw her eyes had change color also just like Jessica and Gyuri.

That’s right I’m a werewolf and actually the whole university is full of my kind. You can only get in if you are one of us. We don’t really let anybody in unless you have the money and really rich.

Our kind is very special so we intend to keep to ourselves on what we really are especially to humans. In our school you can be yourself but just be careful showing it off to some of the humans.

 “Bom calm down.” I touched her shoulder and she gave out a big deep breath. I saw her eyes turned back to her normal color. When a wolf turns their eyes would change color into a deep brown chocolate color. Everybody’s eyes do that except me. I think I’m a freak or something because when my inner wolfs comes out my eyes changed into a crystal blue color making me look very different from the other’s and don’t let me even get started with my fur color. I sometimes feel I’m albino or something because my fur is as white as snow while the others have great dark colors making me different from everybody else. With that difference I’m in the bottom of my pack, an outcast. Thankfully I have Bom with me who didn’t judge for what I’m truly am.

I’ve been bullied ever since when I was a kid. I don’t know why but that’s just how I ‘am.. A nerd, freak, an outcast.. you name it all.

“Hey Bom and Dara.” I saw Chaerin and Minzy approached us waving their hands to come sit with them in the table that they have saved us. They won’t be friends with me if Bom wasn’t with me so thanks to her I have two good friends also.

“Something happen again?” Yuri suddenly popped out behind her.

Make that four good friends..

“Aiisshh Yuri-shi stop popping out of nowhere again..” I scolded at her.

“So so so so so….”

“Yah Yuri spit it.. are they really transferring here?”

“Omg I can’t wait to meet them.”

Yuri nodded her head and gave a thumb up.

“My stupid brother of mine is finally done with his training.. Aren’t you guys excited?”

The girls nodded and agreed with Yuri except me..

“Come on Dara.. Don’t be all weird and awkward.. The past is past..”

I nodded at Yuri and crossed my arms. Ever since that incident with her brother she just now suddenly started hanging with us.. It’s weird but she told me no matter what I’m still his mate.

Yuri is not just an ordinary wolf like me. She is one of the top wolf in our pack.. The Kwons…

Finding your mate is once in a life for a wolf. However, my mate didn’t want me… With him being the next alpha in line he immediately refused me to be his Luna. Ever since then I get picked on more. It was really bad because I still remember that time during the Red Moon.

The Red Moon is an occasion for our kind where there was a great war between us and the human hunters. Luckily, we won which we fought off the hunters and save our kind. It’s not just that event but also it is an event for finding your mate… your soul mate..

I did find mines on that faithful day but.. He doesn’t want to accept me. I still clearly remember when I stared right into his beautiful eyes and the red moon is shining upon us. My necklace suddenly floated in the air wanting to connect with his own which is a sign that we belong together….

Every wolf has this unique necklace that was given when we were born. It’s the device to find your mate. It’s really cool but freaky at the same time because our necklaces are like our identity. It also changes color depending on your mood. Like one of those freaking cool mood rings that those humans ripped off from us. But whatever ours is better.

“But guess what…My brother had brought back some…”

We all turned around as 5 hotties came walking in..

“OMG..” Bom squealed in joy as she eyed them.

I had my mouth wide open as I stared one particular guy.

“OUR MATE OUR MATE..” My wolf howled inside me and I felt my necklace rose up from my chest.

All the hurt feeling that I felt before went away as I smell his familiar scent. Call me a pabo but I will do everything for him to accept me as his LUNA..
