It Started With A DARE

"Ughh" I got up from my bed, took my phone and turned my alarm off. I stretched a little bit, took my towel and went to my shower room.
I did my daily routine - shower, school uniform, cook breakfast, wakes father up, eats breakfast with dad, toothbrush.
I took a handkerchief from my cabinet when I saw Zelo's handkerchief. It's been days since he saw me crying, and he gave this to me. I quickly took mine and Zelo's handkerchief and placed it inside my pocket. I am going to return this later.
I walked from my house to school, since it's just really a walking distance. As usual, I arrived early. I dropped my bag beside my chair and sat down. There's no Donghoon yet. Jongup and Zelo never came early.
I took a glance at Hyosung and saw the same student who bullied her, talking to her. I focused looking at them in case she is bullying her again, when I felt someone poking my shoulder.
"Yuri ssi" A girl who looks really innocent called me.
"Yes ?" I looked at her curiously.
"I-I just want to ask you something" She said and pursed her lips.
"What is it ?" I smiled awkwardly
"I have been receiving text messages about you. And you know ? I cant believe it. Tell me if its true. You were the y and wicked queenka in your school before" She bit her bottom lip
"What ? First, they were spreading that I am a queenka and it didnt even satisfy them ! They added and wicked into it" I scoffed and rolled my eyes
"So it's not true ? I knew it ! I just cant believe it. I mean, you look kind, although you're a bit scary" She smiled at me
"Well, you should believe I was a queenka in my PREVIOUS school" I said, emphasizing the word 'previous'
"Really ?" Her eyes widened
"Why were you shocked ? Well, some queenka or kingkas are bad, while some are not. I didnt even plan on being a queenka" I said and sighed
"Well, thanks. And ughh nice to meet you I guess ?" She said and stood up
"Wait, what's your name ?" I raised my brows
"Kim Seul Gi. Well, if it is okay for you, you can call me unnie since I am everybody's unnie or noona. And if it's not, just call me Seulgi ssi" She smiled and hopped back to her seat.
Ms Maki came in and started her lesson. So early huh ?

I picked my phone up and looked at the text message
- From : Zelo
Meet me ? Please ? -
I was shocked. Are we going to date again ? Is he going to end our relationship now ? If we get to date three times, that's the end of this dare right ?
Wait, why am I thinking like this ? I should be happy right ? The dare is finally done ! But somehow, I dont want to end it.
Aish you little heart and you little brain, you guys are weirdo ! Weirdo weirdo weirdo weirdo !

Sure. Where ? -
A minute passed and I received his reply
- From : Zelo
In front of the flower shop. Remember the time when I had to buy for my mom and you bought for your grandparents ? -

I quickly changed into a floral dress.
I went to the flower shop where we accidentally saw each other and I saw him standing there.
"Hey" I called him and he glanced at me.
"You look so pretty" He smiled at me
"Oh shut up" I giggled
"Where do you want to go ?" He asked me
"I dont know. Anywhere" I answered
"Let's go to the mini park" He held my hand and pulled me
There it is again, stupid little heart is jumping crazily again.
He brought me to a mini park and luckily, there are no childrens yet. Maybe they're still in school.
We sat on the swing and I swung gently and slowly while he stayed still.
"Sorry for bringing you here. Are you bored ?" Zelo looked at me
"Nope" I shook my head.
"Can I tell you a secret ? I really want to tell someone about this, but the other members are living farther" Zelo turned his gaze on the ground.
"Sure. I'm listening" I nodded
"Well, I told you about my parents being divorced right ? When I was 6 years old, my mom married someone to give me a new father. But that man didnt treat me as his own son. Its fair though, I dont treat him as my father . But the problem is, my mom and that man always fight. It's like, they fight everyday. I feel pity for my mom. My heart hurts everytime I see her cry." He's gaze still on the ground
"Are they fighting again ? Is that why you wanted to go out ?" I asked him as I swung slowly and gently
He nodded slowly. His face looks sad.
"Let's go somewhere. My treat" I stood up and held his hand. I pulled him to stand up.
"Are you sure ?" He looked at me curiously
"Yeah !" I nodded while holding his hand. I cupped his face with my hands and stretched his mouth forming a smile using both of my thumb "Forget your problems for a while. Dont be sad" I said and smiled.
He nodded and I removed my hands from his face. I felt my stupid heart beating so fast and loud again.
"Let's go" He smiled and took me by my hand.

We went to an arcade. We played at the basketball zone at first.
"Let me try" Zelo said when I failed to pass the 30 points
"Okay" I inserted a token and let him play
He finished and his points was 63.
"Why are you so good" I cried
"I'm just tall that's why it's easier" He smiled and ruffled my hair
"Disadvantages of being short" I pouted
"Let's go try other games" He held my hand again and pulled me
There's this weird feeling whenever he holds my hand, like I dont want to remove my hand from his hand. I want to hold his hand forever.
Oh snap what am I thinking ?
"Let's play this !" I stopped when we got in the car racing zone.
"Okay" He nodded and sat on one of the car race machine. He patted the other machine beside him. "Sit here" He said and smiled
I nodded and sat on the chair of the machine. We started the game and he won the first place, leaving me at the third place.
"Lets go home" I frowned
"No we're not going home" He chuckled and pulled me to stand up.
"But you always beat me" I pouted
"Come on. Let's go to the 4D zone. I think I saw one here in the arcade" He looked at me and gave me a smile
"Fine" I smiled back
He held my hand again and pulled me until we reached the 4D zone.
We watched something and of course, we experienced what the movie is showing. It is about the jet that took off to fight. The chair moved as the jet flew very fast. Sometimes, the chair shakes. The red lights were when the jet caught fire and there were smokes released. When the jet fell on the ocean, there were sprinkles of water.
Zelo took his jacket off and used it to cover us, making him move nearer beside me. I looked at him and he looked back making his face really close with mine I can actually feel his breathing, and I can feel my heart beating so fast that's why I looked back to the movie.
The movie finished and we decided to eat outside. As I promised, my treat.
"Thank you Jiji" He said while we're eating.
"No problem" I smiled at him
"This is our third date right ? Maybe we can finally stop the dare" He smiled and took a spoon of his food into his mouth.
"Ugh yeah" I faked a smile. Why do I feel like this ? I dont want to end the dare. I dont want to end our relationship but he seems so happy about it. He is happy that finally we can end the dare.
"Maybe we can stay like this" He suggested
I stopped from eating and looked at him. Please Jiji, dont get your hopes high, it might fall hard, and falling hard hurts. "Stay as what ?" I asked him while looking at my food.
"As close friends. We still go outside, although we couldnt call it as a date" Zelo said
I told you Jiji, dont get your hopes high. Wait, I just hoped a lil, not so high, but it still fell. Hard. And it hurts so bad.
Why do I feel like crying ? Weird.
