I was at a party with my family. Bachata music blasting through the big, black Sony speakers. I was sad to be leaving home.

But I missed Seoul.

I missed Onew and Jonghyun and Key and Minho and Jooyoung and Kai and Taemin. I especially missed Taemin.

"So what's your boyfriend like?" my sister sat next to me and smiled at me half drunk.

"He's nice," I reply, not knowing what exactly she wants to hear, "What else can I say?"

"What do you mean what else? Well for starters, he's Korean. So he's hot right?"she nudges my shoulder a bit too hard and I have to hold on to the back of her chair for dear life.

"Well yeah," I reply, distracted by regaining my balance, "He's my boyfriend of course he's hot."

I took my phone out and showed her pictures of me and Taemin. 

"Oh my gosh!" she squeals, "You guys are so cute! Well he looks fantastic you look like you had to be photo shopped into the picture."

I glared at her and scoffed, "Emily!"

She laughed and nudged my arm again, "I'm just kidding! You look fantastic!"

I decided to forgive her because she was tipsy.

"So what does he do?" Emily brought her cup to her lips and took a dainty sip.

Happy that we were talking about Taemin, I smiled and replied "He's a singer. He's in a group."

"That's so cool!" she beamed. Then she covered .

I stepped back instantly aware of what was going to happen. She turned and quickly headed for the bathroom.

I was about to follow her to help her when my phone began to ring. 

I walked outside the apartment and answered the phone.

"Hello?" 

"Laila?" a familiar voice asked on the other line.

"Minho oppa!" I squealed with excitement, "How are you? How is everybody? It's so good to hear from you!"

I heard him chuckle lowly and respond, "I'm fine. Sorry to call you while it's pretty late over there."

"No problem. I was partying with my relatives before I leave in a couple of hours anyways, what's up?" I asked wondering why he had called me so late.

"Well, I don't know if I should tell you this, but I feel you have the right to know. We've been worrying about Taemin lately," he admitted hesitantly.

I felt myself frown, "Why? What's wrong?"

I heard him sigh, "How can I say...well I don't want to make you worry or anything-"

"Just spill it! I'm already on edge!" I yelled worriedly.

"Okay, okay!" I hear him sigh again, "Taemin is missing."

"Missing? What do you mean missing?" I began to panic, "People don't just go missing Minho oppa! I spoke to him yesterday! When did you last see him?"

Crazy thoughts of Taemin's whereabouts flashed in my mind. He could have been killed or kidnapped. Oh God no!

"Calm down Laila, this is exactly what I didn't want to happen," he argued against my emotions, "Yesterday after practice, he said he had to go somewhere and we haven't seen him since."

"Yesterday? It's already been 24 hours did you guys call the police?" I asked helplessly. I wanted to leave and be over there. I wanted to be with Taemin. I prayed for the love of God that he was safe.

"Well that's the thing," he clears his throat, "We think it may have something to do with his parents."
