“I swear it’s taking longer to get back than it was getting there” Eunhyuk whined, Sungmin rolled his eyes and scoffed

“Hyuk, you had to take a toilet break remember, so it took twice as long to get the petrol, just hurry up or else they will leave without us” Sungmin walked ahead of Eunhyuk looking back and smirked

“They can’t leave, there is no petrol” Eunhyuk smirked back and started running to catch up with Sungmin but as soon as Eunhyuk started running so did Sungmin and they ended up racing.

“Come on slow coach!” Sungmin shouted back to Eunhyuk

“Ya! You carry this and then, let’s see how this race ends!” Eunhyuk shouted forward but in the end he had to stop to catch his breath, they were only a turn away from the car but Eunhyuk had just ran a quarter of a mile carrying 2 liters of petrol, due to Sungmin’s accident on the way back he managed to drop his carton of petrol and spilt it all, so they only have 2 liters and they were praying it was enough.

“Sungmin I said wait up!” Eunhyuk started speed walking instead of running and just quickened his pace when Sungmin turned the corner but it wasn’t long till he caught up with him and banged straight in to his back which took him by surprise making him drop the petrol carton with a bang!

“Ya, why did you stop so suddenly!” Eunhyuk complained rubbing his forehead which had collided with the back of Sungmin’s head and picking the petrol up once again, he walked around Sungmin still rubbing his head and looked to see a horrified expression spread across his hyungs face. Eunhyuk frowned and followed Sungmin’s fearful stare to find a crowd of 20 to 30 walkers all crowded around the car where, Leeteuk, Siwon, Donghae and Yesung were supposed to be, his gaze moved from the walkers to the debris spread across the road “I-It was the car…” Eunhyuk whispered now remembering the explosion from earlier, Sungmin started panicking, not because of the car explosion, not because walkers had spotted them and were heading their way. No.

Because there was blood pooled around two bodies, bodies that were ripped apart and looked barely human, the innards were now out and still being consumed by walkers surrounding them. The amount of blood was starting to make Eunhyuk nauseous and he held his spare hand over his mouth to stop the urge, Sungmin started shaking uncontrollably and tried to hold in his sobs by covering his mouth but it was too late, they were coming.

“S-Sungmin, RUN!” Eunhyuk shouted and grabbed Sungmin’s hand, the walkers were getting closer and they were fast! They ran back the way they came, hand in hand, tears running down both their cheeks at the thought of them two being the only ones left

“They’re all dead! Why? Why is this happening to us!!” Sungmin screamed as he ran, his heart was slowly breaking in to minuscule pieces, first was Kangin and Shindong then Ryeowook then his Kyuhyun and now their angelic leader, Donghae, Siwon and Yesung!

“Don’t think about that right now! We have to run or there won’t be any us!” Eunhyuk shouted dragging Sungmin along, truthfully he was heartbroken, Donghae his one and only love was gone. He tried to think of how he could live without him but when he thought about it, it just lead to one answer that made him want to throw himself at the walkers.

The two ran for as long as they could until Sungmin couldn’t run any longer and tripped over his own foot, falling to the floor with a loud thud “Ahh… I-I can’t…” Sungmin laid half on the floor and half hanging from where Eunhyuk was trying to drag him

“No! We can’t give up! Come on!” Eunhyuk yelled through tears. Sungmin looked up at him trying to catch his breath through sorrow and fear, still shaking Sungmin tried climbing on to his knees and then to his feet, his balance was giddy as he took another step but he didn’t get far until a walker caught up to them and grabbed Sungmin’s arm “Ahh! H-Hyukkie!” Sungmin screamed, as he was suddenly the rope from the tug of war.

Eunhyuk pulled at Sungmin but just before the walker could attack Eunhyuk swung his arm around, only now remembering that he was carrying the petrol container, whacked the walker over the head crashing it to the ground “Hyung! Run!” Eunhyuk pulled Sungmin once again but he was still woozy and couldn’t run straight, it wasn’t long before he fell again but this time he didn’t have the strength to get back up and the other walkers were catching up fast!
