For the next few days, Seoyoung avoided Daehyun and the others even though they were in the same class. During recess or change of class, Mieun, Sungjae, Ilhoon and Peniel would always be around her. Even when she went to the toilet, Mieun would always be around just in case.

“Ugh I seriously do not like them one bit!” Ilhoon scrunched up his face as he placed his food down on the table and sat beside Seoyoung.

“Kyaaaa! Oppa!” Screams could be heard everywhere once B.A.P stepped into the canteen.

“See what I mean?” Ilhoon rolled his eyes.

“Yah, you’re just jealous that they’re getting all the attention right?” Seoyoung nudged him playfully and laughed.

“Ew who would be jealous of them!” Ilhoon scoffed and lightly punched Seoyoung on the shoulder.

“Ilhoon ah, they’re still our seonbaes after all,” Eunkwang reminded him.

“Whatever, it’s only by a few months,” Ilhoon mumbled.

 “Mind if we sit here?” A gruffly voice spoke.

Everyone turned to the source of the sound and saw B.A.P pointing to the table beside theirs.

“Yea-“ Ilhoon responded as soon as he saw Yongguk but Peniel covered his mouth shut.

“Annyeonghaseyo, nope we’re fine,” Eunkwang stood up and bowed to B.A.P.

Yongguk nodded briefly and made eye contact with Seoyoung before smirking, gesturing the members to sit down. That smirk was not unnoticed, and as soon as B.A.P went to get their food, all heads turned to Seoyoung.

“Do you know him?” Eunkwang raised his eyebrows.

“Yea-“ Seoyoung was cut off by an angry Ilhoon who had managed to pry Peniel’s hands off his mouth.

“Yeah he’s the bastard that played her,” Ilhoon spat.

“Jung Ilhoon! I’m telling you, last warning!” Eunkwang hissed at him angrily.

Without warning, Ilhoon stood up and left, leaving his food untouched while all the other members stared after him. There was an awkward atmosphere as everyone else ate their food in silence. Seoyoung was fiddling with her food when someone pushed his phone to her.

‘Are you okay? :(‘

Seoyoung looked to her left and saw Sungjae looking at her worriedly. Despite the situation, she couldn’t help but feel her heart skip a beat when she saw that Sungjae was worried about her. A pink tinge crept up to her cheeks and she nodded and quickly turned away but not before Sungjae noticed her blushing.

“Um guys, I’m full already.. I forgot I have something to do so I’ll see you guys later okay? Bye!” Seoyoung stood up and waved to them, smiling.

“Ilhoon,” Seoyoung mouthed to Mieun when they had made eye contact and Mieun nodded, understanding that she was going to go bring Ilhoon back.

Unbeknownst to Seoyoung, Sungjae had been watching her every move and to speak the truth, his heart sank a little when he knew she was going to find Ilhoon. Sungjae had his suspicions about Ilhoon’s behavior even though he was always bullying and teasing her. But he couldn’t be sure about it. All he knew was that he was feeling uncomfortable with the way Ilhoon was treating her but he didn’t know why.

Seoyoung ran out of the canteen and paused, trying to figure out where Ilhoon could be. She went back to the classroom, the field, the rooftop, everywhere else but still couldn’t find him. She didn’t want to give up so easily, and continued roaming around the school corridors when a place popped up in her mind.

“The piano room!” Seoyoung exclaimed and quickly ran there.

As she got nearer to the piano room, she could hear a familiar tune being played. She recalled MTV Diary and smiled as she finally found Ilhoon. She pushed the door apart slightly and was dismayed to find that there was no one sitting in front of the piano. She frowned and walked towards the piano.

“I was pretty sure that was Ilhoon though.. It was the same piece he played on MTV Diary.. River Flows In You..” Seoyoung sighed and nearly screamed.

A pair of arms wrapped around her waist and her first instinct since that incident was to elbow the person in the stomach. That was exactly what she did. She smirked until she heard a familiar voice groan out in pain.

“Ilhoon?” Seoyoung gasped and turned around to see him on the floor, clutching his stomach in pain.

“Yah, what are you? A taekwondo black belt holder?” Ilhoon groaned.

“Uh.. Yeah. Oppa made me learn it for self defense but I seldom use it on people though..” Seoyoung muttered. “And anyway, it’s your fault for creeping up behind me like that! I’m kind of sensitive ever since Yongguk..”

“He what?”

“Uh nothing. Come on, we need to go back for class already, break’s almost over,” Seoyoung stood up and helped Ilhoon up.

“But I’m hungry!” Ilhoon whined.

“Serves you right for running away like that,” Seoyoung rolled her eyes. “Do you know how worried they were? Especially Eunkwang oppa..”

“Yeah..” Ilhoon mumbled and lowered his head.

“Kaja, let’s go grab some sandwich before heading back to class,” Seoyoung beamed and went out of the room with Ilhoon.

“Mmm, that has to be the best sandwich ever!” Ilhoon sighed contentedly and rubbed his stomach.

“Yeah right, isn’t that because you were starving? And stop rubbing your stomach like that, as if fans don’t already know you have a tummy,” Seoyoung chuckled.

“Yah!” Ilhoon hit her on the head and ran off.

“Ugh Jung Ilhoon! You’re dead if I catch you!” Seoyoung shouted and chased after him.

“Ouch ouch stop!” Ilhoon whined as he tried to block off hits from Seoyoung.

Mieun, Sungjae and Peniel turned when they heard Ilhoon’s voice from outside the classroom and true enough, Ilhoon came in to the classroom via the back door with Seoyoung behind him. Sungjae couldn’t help but feel like punching Ilhoon for who knows what reason. He sighed and turned his attention back to his notes.

“Yah! Where were you? I was so worried,” Peniel went up to Ilhoon and hugged him.

“Ohmygosh hyung, skinship! Skinship!” Ilhoon exclaimed and wriggled out from Peniel’s hug.

“Hey, this is for you,” Seoyoung said softly and placed a bottle of aloe vera juice on Sungjae’s table.

“It was the last one so I figured I would get it for you since you like it,” Seoyoung shrugged and went back to her table before anyone could notice what she just did.

Sungjae stared at the bottle and then Seoyoung, before smiling to himself, holding the bottle of aloe vera juice tightly.

..

“Finally!” Ilhoon and Sungjae exclaimed at the same time.

“Yay I wanna go to the studio! And see noona practice!” Sungjae chimed and quickly packed his stuff.

“Whatever, you and your fanboy ,” Ilhoon rolled his eyes as they made their way to the school gates.

“Woohyun oppa?!” Mieun exclaimed when she saw him waiting by the school gates.

It was a miracle that there were no fan girls around. But something was not right, he didn’t seem like he was feeling well. Mieun and Seoyoung quickened their pace and their instinct was right. Woohyun had a little too much to drink. In broad daylight.

“Seoyoung ah, why are you ignoring me recently? Do you know-“ Woohyun was cut off by Seoyoung who immediately covered his mouth.

“Uh, Mieun ah I’m bringing him back to my house first. It wouldn’t be nice if someone else knew he had been drinking. Guys sorry, I’ll join you guys some other time okay?” Seoyoung apologized and called a cab home.

‘Oh great, as if Ilhoon hyung wasn’t enough..’ Sungjae sighed.

Woohyun’s arms were wrapped around Seoyoung’s waist and she sighed. She wasn’t ignoring him on purpose, it’s just that, she didn’t know what to do. If she should act like how she normally acts around him. It wasn’t helping that he was not sober and kept spouting nonsense which she couldn’t differentiate whether they were true or fake. After paying the driver, she managed to drag Woohyun out of the cab and into her house. Thank god none of the MBLAQ members were at home so she didn’t need to explain. She managed to carry him into her room and slowly laid him on her bed with much difficulty.

“Phew, I’ll go get changed before taking care of him”

However, after she got changed and took a wet towel into her room, Woohyun was not on the bed anymore. She didn’t remember seeing him leave the room either.

“Woohyun oppa?”
