Fated
Description
Nina is an American translator trying to find work in China. She's been going around, getting small jobs here and there. The story starts with her in Shanghai, China working temporarily at a T.V. station through some connections she has. But then she meets an odd boy one day on her way there. They keep finding ways they are connected, as though fate was putting them together.
Once she meets him, will things start looking a little brighter?

Nina (You):
Meets Lay one day on the streets of Shanghai and asks him for directions. This one questions leads to the adventure of a lifetime.

The first to meet Nina and quickly falls for her. He must endure the teasing of duizhang who knows about his little crush.

He and Nina get along really well from the beginning. So sweet and really cares for Nina like a big brother.

Tao is the maknae and full of aegyo. He loves Nina a lot (she’s his favorite jiejie). He’s really sweet and can be quite softspoken and shy at times.

Charachter descriptions are really hard because I don't want to really give anything away from the story... So, if you read you can see what they are really like. :)
Also, I realize you probably knew all of that info about EXO, but I put it there anyways. Just in case. :)
Oh, and in order for it to make sense that Nina is out of college and working, imagine this in a few years. So, instead of Lay being 21 (like his is now I think), he's a little older. 24 maybe? Haha, so that changes all of their ages a little... That's why I put there birth year there, not their age. I hope that makes sense. :) If not, let me know and I'll try to explain better.
EXO-K will become a part of the story in some of the later chapters, so for now I'm not going to put anything about them here. I might later once it becomes relevent.

I mean, I know my Chinese isn’t the best, but I thought I had been doing pretty well...
