Lay’s POV

We walked for a few minutes in silence. It was a beautiful day in Seoul. I smiled slightly as the sunlight touched my skin. I slid my hands into my pockets.

“Nina,” I began but she cut me off, stopping on the sidewalk and turning to face me.

“I know. Keep it quiet. I’m not going to tell anyone, so you don’t have to worry about any scandels. I don’t know who she is but I wouldn’t wish such a fate on the two of you-” I stopped her.

“No. That’s not even close to what I was going to say. I mean, I guess it would be nice to not have a scandel, but that’s not what’s bothering me here. And, who she is, she- She doesn’t even know. So, it wouldn’t be much of a scandel anyways…” I watched her, interested in what her reponse might be. She stared at me for a moment, and then turned away from me. She started walking again and I followed along, just a step behind. She stopped again and I looked up at her.

“…Can I ask, I mean, I know I’m just your translator and you owe me nothing. There’s no reason for you to tell me, but… can I ask… who she is…?” She looked over at me hopefully. I smiled and looked at her. This was it. I took a step closer,

“Let me assure you, your way more than just a translator to me. Well, to all of us, but especially me.” I took a breath, “You’re her.” I watched her profile as she listened to me. Her eyes opened widely and formed an ‘O’. She turned to look at me, confusion in her eyes.

“M-Me?” She asked, pointing at herself. I nodded sheepishly. She looked at me in wonder, a small grin forming on her lips. She took a tentative step towards me. She lifted her arms up and wrapped them aroud my neck quickly. I froze in surprise, but quickly wrapped my arms back around her, a huge smile forming on my face. “I was really worried that there was some other girl…” She mumbled into my shoulder. I chuckled, giving her a gentle squeeze.

“How could I ever see anyone else when you here right infront of me. No, I’ve felt this way since that first day in Shanghai when I gave you my number.” I pulled away and looked in her eyes. “See, I told you we were fated to meet.” I told now, just as I had told her at that T.V. station the first day. She smiled,

“So cheesy.~” She lightly smacked my shoulder and laughed. I smiled brightly.

“But it’s true! I mean, what are the odds! First I met you and you asked me for directions. I give you my number. Then you happen to be at the same T.V. station that I was to be performing on. And then, you even have to translate for us. Plus, you stayed in the same hotel as us. I mean, really. The odds are ridiculous, yet it all happened.” She smirked,

“How do you know I wasn’t some stalker fan or something?” She asked me. I rolled my eyes.

“Please. You couldn’t even say our name right and it took you ages to get Xiumin’s name correct. You weren’t a stalker. Plus the look of confusion on your face was priceless.” I stated matter-of-factly.

“True.” She nodded; content with my reasoning. I laughed,

“Babo,” I tapped her head and she scowled.

“Tch! And to think you just confessed to me….”She mumbled jokingly, looking down. I smiled, a blush creeping over my cheeks,

“Hey now,” She looked up at me and smiled brightly.

“Tch,” I wrapped my arms around her shoulders and pulled her into me suddenly. She laughed and hugged me back. I pulled away again.

“Come on, we’d better get back or the others might get worried.” She nodded and we started walking. I looked over at her a couple times, trying to decide if I should or not... I reached over and grasped her hand in mine. I smiled and looked forward. I saw her blush out of the corner of my eye. Yeah, today was definatly a beautiful day.

Oh my goodness guys! This story is coming to an end soon! I'm sad! This is my first chaptered story on here and it has been so much fun spazzing over your comments and getting subscibers and making new friends! XD

Oh well... Don't worry, its not over yet! I still have a few chapters... But I'm sad because its almost done... DX

But I'll try putting up a new chaptered story soon... I started one this week about Kris, but Idk about it... :/ But I have a ton of others to finish, so I'll get one up nontheless! Fighting! XD <3

Oh, and those of you who thought that Lay should follow Kris' advice... There's still time before they get home. ;) See you next chapter~
