Nina POV

Suddenly Kris began speaking in English to me. I looked up in surprise. I didn’t even know he spoke English.

“You speak English?” I asked, surprised. He chuckled.

“Yeah. I lived in Canada a long time. But no one else speaks English in EXO. That’s why I’m saying this in English now. I don’t want them to get all excited about nothing if it isn’t possible. But, since we’re always going to be in need of a translator in situations like this, SM, our company, has been hoping to employ a full time translator for EXO. They’ve yet to find one. And well, we all really enjoyed meeting and working with you today. You really have been amazing compared to some of the annoying ones we’ve had before. So, I just wanted to let you know… in case you were interested in working with us more...” I stared up at him in shock. They really liked me?! That much!? I was so excited! This was the type of thing I had been waiting for: a steady job! Yes! XD I quickly nodded.

“Yes. I’m interested. I really enjoyed working with you all too. Your energy made it more fun for me today.” He smiled happily,

“I’m glad! I’ll talk to our manager and ask him to pass the word on to the company. Oh, and I hear to have Yi Xing’s number, so, we’ll keep in touch.” He winked at me and I blushed. Lay looked up when he heard his name, although that was the only thing of the conversation he understood.

“Gege~ what’d you say about me?” He asked in a tired voice. Kris just smiled and ignored him. Lay pouted cutely at his side and I had to try hard and refrain from laughter.

“Oh, but be sure to make sure he gets your number soon too, so that we can get in touch with you. I fiddled with my phone in my pocket.

“Yes…” He gave me a smirk,

“Well, I’m glad you’re interested in the position. Since you’re interested, do you mind if we tell them?” I indicated that I indeed did not mind and he reverted back to Chinese. I saw Chen and Xiumin struggling to comprehend, as usual, and chuckled.

“Xiumin. Chen.” I waved them over and they came to stand by me. I nodded to Kris, telling him to continue. As he went along, I translated for the two. I could see the relief on their faces. After a long day, they were hardpressed to figure out all that he was saying. Once our conversation was explained, minus the part about Lay, Chen made the cutest surprise/happy sound. Xiumin also became quite excited. I giggled at their responses. I looked over at the others and noticed that they were all grinning too. “I hope you’ll all accept me.” I bowed to them. Xiumin took my arm once I rose up.

“They don’t matter. Chen and I love you. So, if they don’t like it, then to bad!” He nodded his head for emphasis and stuck his tongue out at the Chinese members and Chen nodded to agree. The others laughed.

“I like Jiejie too!” Tao exclaimed. They all laughed and Kris patted his shoulder.
