Kai POV

                I saw Lay approaching with some girl. I focused in on their intertwined hands. I raised one eyebrow in surpise. I looked back up at her. They came to a stop before us and I eyed her suspiciously. Quite possibly American, long brown hair, pretty… My suspicions grew even larger when she introduced herself as our new translator. I smirked. That rascal. Falling for our translator before we even knew her. We all introduced ourselves and I looked over to watch Lay. He looked over at me and we locked eyes. I smirked at him and glanced over at her, then back at him pointedly. His eyes widened and he blushed. He shook his head, raised a hand slightly, and mouthed ‘don’t’. I chuckled and turned back to look at her as she and Suho spoke awlkwardly.

Lay POV

                Kai looked over at me and smirked. He glanced towards her and back at me. My eyes widened. How did he know?!?! I thought back to that day in the practice room when I told him about the girl I had met in Shanghai. I groaned internally and looked at him with pleading eyes. I raised a hand, ‘don’t’ I mouthed towards him. He smirked and gave his attention back to her. He better not tell anyone.

We left Nina to go and finish our shoot. I grabbed Kai quickly and pulled him off to the side.

“Don’t say anything. Okay? Kris is the only one who knows, and it better not get out.” I held onto his arm and stared at him seriously. He smiled and chuckled,

“Don’t worry. I won’t tell anyone about your little crush on the translator.” He smirked and I scowled at him.

“Whatever Kai. Just- keep it quiet. I get enough teasing from Duizhang, and now you I can see. So, let’s just leave it there.” He laughed and nodded.

“Arrasso.” He started to turn and walk away, but then he seemed to remember something and stopped. He turned around to face me, “What if I sort of… let that conversation slip…” I stared at him incredulously.

“Kai… You didn’t tell anyone… Did you…?” My eyes widened. He smiled sheepishly at me. “…Kai… Please tell me you’re just teasing me…” He shook his head no in response. I ran a hand through my hair in agitation. “Who’d you tell then?” I asked exasberated.

“Only our trusty Sehunie,” he flashed me a grin. I paniced and looked about frantically for EXO K’s maknae. I found him off to one side, standing with Luhan. They were chatting happily together. Suddenly, Sehun said something that shocked Luhan. He looked up, wide eyed and we made eye contact. He looked at me accusingly, questions evident in his eyes. I groaned and turned to glare at Kai.

“Look what you’ve done!”

“Kai!” Someone called.

“Sorry, gotta go.” He said to me before running off to finish getting ready.

“Yeah, you better run!” I called after him. He turned around briefly to send me a small wave and wink. I rolled my eyes and cursed him internally. Babo. Going around and spreading my secrets. I pouted. Now Kris, Kai, Luhan, and possibly Sehun know. Great.

Luhan POV

Sehun and I were just chatting as we waited for our turn to be photographed.

“You know, that girl kinda reminds me of something that Kai hyung once told me about Lay hyung. He told me that he liked some girl that he met in China briefly. He described her as American, multi-lingual, pretty, and had long, dark hair, and…” I stared at him wide-eyed. Lay… likes Nina…? What?! I looked up quickly, trying to locate Lay. I found him: he was staring straight back at me. So many questions were screaming in my mind. He looked away from me and glared at Kai, who was standing beside him. He said something to him and Kai quickly ran away after being called. I narrowed my eyes in Lay’s direction. He has some explaining to do…
