Taemin had told her that she would reunite with Luhan pretty soon, but now that he stood in front of her, Hana didn't quite know what to do. For three months she had been able to push all the feelings she had for him away and focus on the training alone, which was more than just hellish. Pushing her through torturous exercises and deadly fights and meditation, Taemin even had gone so far to let her fight alone against a whole group of high class Vampires. Even though she had nearly died, Taemin hadn't helped her because he had wanted to see something. And he had seen that something he had wanted to see. After that, Hana had been unable to fight for a week.

“Hana.” Luhan whispered again, but she only whirled around, her daggertail following her movement on spot. It pierced the heart and suddenly, all the other Vampires disappeared. “Hana!” Someone called out, and she recognized Lay. “Hana is that you?” He seemed to be unsure about that since she looked a bit different. Who would have blamed him though?

Over the past three months, Hana had changed a lot, even characteristically, even though she didn't wanted to at first. She had realized that she couldn't stop that change though, and she just accepted that change. “Yes, it is me,” she whispered and in the next moment, she got pulled into a tight hug. “Oh god, I haven't even recognized you!” Lay called out, but let her go immediately and shyly rubbed his neck. He was covered with blood from head to toe, but Hana didn't care.

She was not scared of blood anymore, neither was she scared of killing people. Not anymore. “What are you doing here?” Kai whispered while Taemin put his daggers away. “Helping you.” In the next moment, Taemin caught Kai's fist, but Kai was fast and enough and punched his brother into the face. “I told you not to appear in front of me ever again! How dare you.”

Kai was seemingly angry, and Hana shook her head. There was bad blood between the two brothers, and Hana knew why. “Oh, come on, calm down. I took care of Hana when you abandoned her.” He turned around to Hana and narrowed his eyes. Kai noticed the changes on her and more. “What did you do to her?” The sound of metal meeting metal clashed through the night as the two dissimilar brothers pulled their short swords at the same time. “Cut it out you two.” Sehun growled, even though he was a bit surprise
