Changmin wanted to kick those insensitive jerks' asses so badly. Hana trembled crazily, and she was near at a panic attack. The only thing that gave her hold at the moment was Changmin alone and the certainty that his scent was stronger than the blood. “Don't come near.” Changmin growled angrily while Chanyeol collected the corpses. “Vampire Hunters,” he whispered, and he carefully tasted the blood, but spat it out immediately.

“Who the heck would do that? Their blood is poisoned with quicksilver. Even for humans, it is poisonous. Heck, who would do that? That's crazy,” Chanyeol shook his head and rolled the head of one of the men with his foot. “Stupid Hunters.”

Luhan barely paid any attention to Chanyeol since he couldn't tear his eyes away from Hana. She looked so scared and frightened and shocked, but there was also a glance of hunger in her eyes. “Stay away,” Changmin hissed at Luhan, his eyes glowed dangerously and warningly. “Hana, come with me,” with fast steps, they disappeared into the darkness and walked a couple of meters away.

“Hana,” Changmin laid his hands on her shoulder, but she didn't look up. Carefully, he turned her head to him and let out a sigh. “Hana, it's okay. There is no blood here, nothing.” Slowly, she blinked and let out a shaky breath. “I am okay.” Not even a second did Changmin hear those words, but since they were short in time, he simply nodded. She didn't let go of his hand though, as they returned to the others.

The corpses had disappeared and the place was free from blood again. “Hana, you okay?” D.O. asked worriedly, and Hana nodded. As he saw that she and Changmin were holding hands, he felt something strange boiling inside him. “Yes. Yes, I am okay.” She was not; every single one of them could feel it, and he could feel and see the mixed reactions of the others. Irritation from Kai and Chanyeol, nervousness from Baekhyun, contempt from Sehun, and worry from D.O. and Lay.

The image of him and Hana holding hands flashed up in his mind, and he suppressed the growl which rose up in his throat. “What do Hunters here in the city?” Baekhyun asked loudly and shook his head. The sword of the Hunter hung on his belt as well as the gun. “There are hunters everywhere, but this time...” Lay shook his head and let out a sigh, “...this time, they were fast. They were waiting for us.” This time, Luhan let out a growl, dangerous and scary. “Does your friends know about this?”

Changmin's face remained dark, but he didn't growl. “We will know about this in a few minutes.” Sehun could feel the presence of the Vampires from afar coming nearer and nearer, until they stood in front of them. “Changmin and...” As soon as they saw Luhan, they hesitated to speak. “Bring us away from here. We have quite a few things to tell. Let's hurry.”

Hana despised herself for being so scared of the others, but she couldn't help herself. Those red eyes, those scary red eyes. How could she ever forget those red eyes? How could she ever forget that they were Vampires as well? The two men, two Vampires, led them over the suburban area to a tun
