No one was really happy about Marie, who sat right between them, or rather, she sat between them with a huge gap around her. Luhan didn't pay any attention to her though since he was busy with his own thoughts. Mari was a beautiful young girl, and he was very sure that she was a , just like Hana was. He didn't even want to imagine what Changmin's cousin would do to her and all the other young girls.

They had already heard about cases where young girls had gone missing, but they actually never paid much attention to that until now. People died and disappeared everyday, especially girls and they had simply put it as a normal disappearance case. Now, they had to be more careful; had to be more aware of those kidnapping cases. He still hasn't figured out what the King was trying to do, but he definitely would.

A sigh nearly escaped his lips, and he rubbed his neck. He blamed himself for being so careless and dumb. For years, the Vampires never had tried to make a move on the humans, but Luhan had truly  been delusional to think that the peace would last forever. Hana's sigh suddenly pulled him out of his thoughts. She had pulled her legs up and had curled herself up next to Changmin, who looked like he would kill everyone if he would get too near to her. With narrowed eyes, Luhan glanced over to Marie, who looked like she was incredibly bored.

“Are you going to send me back?” The young looking Vampire suddenly asked and directly looked at Luhan. Despite the force bond, she was still very cocky and rather annoying. “Most likely.” Baekhyun muttered with a flat voice, and she immediately shot him a gaze. “You are not the one to decide that.” Marie was not only cocky, but overly confident about herself; but she wouldn't dare to talk back if it was Luhan or Sehun who would have talked to her.

Since she clearly didn't know her place, Baekhyun growled at her and lifted up the mask, which always hid his presence, just a tiny little bit. With a yelp, Marie flinched back, her face pale and her eyes wide. A growl came over Changmin's lips, and he patted Hana's head who still slept silently. “We will send you back as soon as we arrive in Detroit. You have nothing to do with us and your presence doesn't have any meaning to us. You have no purpose to the places we will go.”
