It’s around 10 p.m. when I’ve finally gone out of the practice room. I’ve freshened up din and changed my drenched clothes.

Ramdam ko ang pagod as I’ve made my way sa ground floor parking with my manager.

Nagpaalam muna ako sa kanya to give me some time to see Jennie.

My manager walks to our van as I also make my way to the familiar luxury car not far from ours.

I knock first then open the door.

“Hey.” I say as I sit and close the door again.

I can smell the familiar and intoxicating scent inside the close space.

She hums as a response.

I can still sense her mood from earlier. And I think I know the reason why.

“Is this still about earlier? “

“What do you think?” Paismid niyang tanong.

I sigh. “I don’t see the problem if andun sila.”

“Of course you don’t.” She says. Pansin ko ang pag ikot ng kanyang mga mata.

“So ano problema mo about dun?”

“Yeji. Do I really need to say it?”

“What about her? If you really don’t like the idea, you should’ve objected kanina sa meeting.”

“It was the President’s call, Winter.”

“So what’s the big deal?”

Huminga siya nang malalim obviously frustrated sa’kin. “Are you really asking me that? If di siya big deal sayo then it is to me.”

Natigilan at napag-isip. “Nagseselos ka ba?”

“Di pa ba obvious? You know I like you. And the idea of her being near you irritates me.”

“Jen…”

“You were into her. And seeing you still affected by her makes me think na you still are.”

I keep quiet. I don’t really know what to say at this point.

“What if you still like her pa nga? Where does that leave me? You’ll push me away again, won’t you? “

She continues to blabber.

I really don’t know how to deal with her honestly.

Di ko na alam kung ano ba yung sasabihin or gagawin ko sa kanya.

 I glance at her. She’s not looking at me. Nakahalukipkip ang mga braso niya.

“Hey.” Hinawakan ko siya sa braso para iharap sa’kin. 

“I know naman na I don’t have the right. But I hate sharing you with others, Win.”
 
She leans closer sakin, our faces just inches away from each other.

I can feel her breath on my face.

“I want to keep you to myself you get that?” She whispers as her eyes trace my lips.

She crash our lips together as if it was an urgent thing to do.

She is capturing my lips roughly that I feel like they will bleed soon.

“You’re mine.” She continues to whisper on my lips.

I take a hold of her face to calm her down.

She slows down a little when I kiss her back gently.

“Can you come home with me?” Tanong niya with longing in her eyes.

“You know I can’t.”

“You’re too comfortable rejecting me, missy.”

She finally sits properly as she pulls away “Go. Baka di na kita palabasin pa dito.”
