The Dic*tatorial Taekwondo Player 🥋 | LisKook FanFic"Are you ok now?" I asked junghwan as we eat our ice cream on the swings of the playground nearby. He grinned and nodded. Aweee he's still a baby!
"Don't worry! I'm going to smack the head of that big brother of yours." I say and he stopped eating his ice cream and slouched, his eyes starting to water again. , that's why i'm bad with kids!
"Errr.. don't cry." I awkwardly patted his back.
"It's ok noona. It's my fault he got mad with me." He mumbles sadly.
"I'm sure he'll get over it soon." I say, trying to lighten the mood but knowing that dictating jerk, he could hold some grudges all right.
Junghwan shook his head and heaved a sigh. "I don't think so. It's been months and he even moved out of the house because of me." My ears perked up. Not meaning to pry but come on! That jerk never say anything unless he's roasting me or barking orders and what could have this adorable baby do for him to overreact?
"I'm sure he just wants to be independent, going to university and all." I chuckled and he heaved a sigh
"Be...because of me, he could not participate with his big game." I paused on eating my ice cream and turned to him
"What do you mean? Taekwondo? The one where he's supposed to represent our country for?" He nodded and my brows furrowed cause last time I checked, I was the reason for it!
"Nah, I think you're mistaken. It's actually because of... someone I know. You see, she was supposed to prank her roommate but he ended up being the victim and rolled down the stairs and injured his foot." He frowned and looked at me in confusion.
"I look up to my brother, I learned to play taekwondo because of him and we used to spar alot and was very close but..." he collected himself before continuing and I kept m mouth shut, waiting for him. Our ice cream aleady long gone. "But one day he found out I was being bullied by the older players and went to confront my bullies. I should've let him handle it but I was scared." He sniffed
"I thought I should help him but ended up being in the way instead, causing him to get hit on his knees. I could never forget hearing his cries." He sobbed and I stood up to hug him, rubbing his back
"Shh.. it's not your fault."
"But it is." He hiccups
