Rosé was quick to grab some towels for the two soaked girls and wrapped them up in it, she then quickly turned the AC off, but Jisoo on the other hand was quick to smack Lisa’s head.

“Ouch! What was that for?” Lisa said in annoyance

“That was my umbrella you took and now it’s gone with the wind” Jisoo whined

Rosé and Lisa rolled their eyes at Jisoo while Jennie simply smiled at her.

“Unnie, why were you standing out there in the rain?” Rosé asked

Jennie smiled sadly at her.

“I just have a lot in my mind right now, I wasn’t even aware I was out there sobbing like a kid under the rain” Jennie said

Lisa frowned as she scooted closer to Jennie and wrapped her arm around her shoulder.

“What happened?” Jisoo asked

“Family issues” Jennie said

“Let me make you some hot chocolate” Rosé said as she grabbed Jisoo’s arm and proceeded to the back room

Lisa then kissed Jennie’s forehead, Jennie immediately relaxed and molded herself into Lisa’s arms.

“I’m not forcing you to share your thoughts but I wanna let you know that I’m here to listen to you” Lisa said

Jennie nodded as she rested her head on Lisa’s shoulder.

“C-Can I ask for a favor?” Jennie asked

“Of course, Jennie” Lisa smiled

“I don’t want to go home” Jennie said

The rained on the other hand had calmed down just as Jennie had calmed down.

“Not exactly a favor but…okay, we can build a fort at my place and then we could watch Netflix and eat some ice cream, maybe?” Lisa said, Jennie’s eyes lit up and she smiled her gummy smile

“Milk ice cream?” Jennie asked

“Sure” Lisa said

Jennie smiled and kissed Lisa’s cheek.

“I don’t think they need hot chocolate anymore Chaeng, these two being cheesy at each other is quite enough for them to bring heat to their reddening cheeks” Jisoo pointed out

The two did nothing but blush harder.

Now when Lisa said they’d build a fort, Jennie didn’t realize they would really build a fort. But here she was dried up and dressed in Lisa’s oversized pastel pink hoodie and some sweat pants as she watched Lisa and Jisoo bicker at how they should assemble the roof of the fort.

“Just tie it around your ing lamp” Jisoo said firmly

“And if my lamp falls and breaks will you pay for the damage? No I think not, just get on my shoulders and thumbtack it on the wall” Lisa said

Jennie on the other hand looked around Lisa’s apartment, it was cozy and very welcoming, there was a huge window and some pots of plants by the side, there was also a small area where Lisa stored her books and magazines, along the carpet stood a mini couch and there on the couch laid a sleeping cat.

The walls were filled with photographs, there was one of what Jennie assumed as Lisa’s family, she looked around 5 years old and she was holding a little goat whilst her father helped her with it and her mother was laughing in the background, another picture showed her and her father on a trip to Disneyland, another was of them in Japan in front of Hachiko’s statue, and another showed them standing together arm in arm in front of the Statue of Liberty, and the last one showed a more older Lisa with her Father whose hair was turning gray, he had his arm around Lisa who was in her toga as she held her diploma up.

Then second row of photos were mostly of Lisa and some friends, the first two photographs were of Lisa and Jisoo, the first was of them in front of Benny’s, they were both wearing thick coats and beanies as they smiled for the camera, the second picture was of them in their togas in front of NYU Gallatin. The next photo was of Lisa and Rosé together in Floraison, this Jennie notes, is a recent one since it was basically collaged together with another photo of them when they were in high school, and they definitely do look like twins. The last photo was of Lisa with some foreign looking people with the Eiffel Tower at their back.

Third row of photos made Jennie’s heart do somersaults and her tummy be filled with butterflies; the photos were mostly Polaroids that were clipped on some thin ropes, the Polaroids were all Jennie’s faces. One with her in Uppgifter, one was of her at Benny’s, one was of her at the Drive-In Cinema, then there was one where she held the flowers, and the last picture was of her in Lisa’s car, smiling with her eyes closed as her hands were up feeling the rush of the wind. Jennie blushed at how special she felt right now.

“Now go grab the lights in the storage room” Lisa told Jisoo as they successfully made the fort

“What?! No way! Your storage room is creepy as and I ain’t going anywhere near that room” Jisoo exclaimed

“There are no ghosts there, Unnie!” Lisa said

“Then why don’t you go grab it?!” Jisoo asked

“I’m gonna set up the television” Lisa said

“So you decide to send me off to one of the gates of hell?!” Jisoo said in disbelief

Rosé entered the living room and saw the bickering mess.

“They’re normally like this. They’re sisters, really” Rosé said

“Do you think they’ll stop arguing?” Jennie asked

“Nope, so do you wanna help me out in the kitchen while they kill each other?” Rosé asked

“I’d love to” Jennie said

The two then made their way to the kitchen as they prepared their snacks which composed of pepperoni pizza, Cheetos, coke and milk ice cream, they then decided to slice some apples as well. Lisa’s kitchen was clean and neat, her fridge was full of non-healthy food, her pans and bowls were in the proper place so Jennie applauded Lisa’s organizing skills, she had a coffee maker near the sink and tons of gummy worms on top of the kitchen counter.

“How long have you been friends with those two?” Jennie asked

“I’ve known Jisoo since my first year in high school, she was in her third year back then and we were part of the theatre club. I met Lisa through Jisoo, we were both freshmen and we got along pretty quickly” Rosé said

“You’ve been enduring that since you were in high school?” Jennie asked, impressed with Rosé tolerance

“Well Jisoo and I are sort of inseparable so it’s given that I’m stuck with that crack head, as for Lisa, well since she and Jisoo are inseparable as well, she’s grown on to me, and she’s like an annoying younger brother that I never had” Rosé said as she chuckled

“Oh are you and Jisoo a couple?” Jennie asked innocently

The knife Rosé was holding slipped from her hold and dropped to the sink, her eyes widened as she laughed nervously and awkwardly, and Jennie was just smirking at her reaction.

“N-No, Unnie. W-We’re not” Rosé said

“Ah…” Jennie said as she nodded and grabbed the tubs of ice cream and placed it on the tray along with their drinks

“Jisoo Unnie is pretty, isn’t she?” Jennie asked

“Yes” Rosé said with a smile

“And she’s got a great sense of humor” Jennie said

“Yes” Rosé said as she giggled at bit and continued to slice the apples

“She’s a great girl, huh?” Jennie asked as she leaned back on the counter

“Yes” Rosé replied as she placed the apples in a bowl with a huge grin on her face

“And you’re in love with her?” Jennie asked

“Yes” Rosé slipped
