Jennie arrived home at around 8 in the evening, she had skipped dinner and was in no mood to eat anymore, all she wanted to do was sleep, and so after giving Kuma his much needed love and affection, Jennie proceeded to run a warm bath, even taking a nap for a while.

You see, a week had passed since the wedding; the newlyweds were currently having their honeymoon in Australia, which stoked Jisoo out because she always wanted to pet kangaroos despite Rosé telling her they looked like tongues when they were born. Jennie and Lisa have been putting themselves back into work since they have been slacking off because of the wedding preparations, but now they were on track again, Jennie’s been busy with their newest game launch while Lisa was busy doing some inventory in preparation for Floraison’s 3rd anniversary.

In short, life’s been tiring.

After convincing herself to at least eat a biscuit and drink her milk, Jennie stripped down to some sweatpants and Lisa’s varsity hoodie from NYU. She then slumped down on her bed, but before she could fall asleep, she heard a faint click of the door.

Her senses then got stronger as she grabbed the nearby bat she had, she readied by the door and got in position to hit the possible burglar.

The door knob jiggled a bit and Jennie’s heart jumped.

As the door opened, Jennie was ready to swing the bat, but the person behind the door ducked down and covered her head.

Jennie sighed as she threw the bat on the floor.

“Lisa!” Jennie exclaimed as she grabbed the florist’s hands and pulled her up to stand

“You were gonna kill me!” Lisa pointed out

Jennie hugged the taller girl, making herself look so adorably small in her arms. Lisa was wearing a thick and huge racer jacket, she was wearing specs and her hair was tied in a tight high ponytail, she was ready to walk the runway or something.

“I thought you were a burglar” Jennie mumbled as she buried her face on Lisa’s chest

Lisa chuckled as she lifted Jennie up, holding on to her thighs so the game developer wrapped her legs around Lisa’s waist, her arms now s around Lisa’s neck, her face buried deeper into Lisa’s neck, leaving light butterfly kisses. Lisa chuckled as she carried the girl to the kitchen. Jennie’s olfaction senses were starting to ignite as she sniffed the delicious meal Lisa brought.

“You should remember you gave the spare key to your apartment to me” Lisa said as she placed the girl on a stool by the counter

“Sorry, all I remember is that I gave you the key to my heart” Jennie said

“You are so cheesy, Kim” Lisa said as she pecked the girl’s lips

“I know that already, now feed me, human” Jennie said as she showed her gummy smile

Lisa shook her head as she chuckled and prepared the food for Jennie to eat. The two then silently ate together, munching down on dumplings and prawns that Jennie seemed to love eating these past few days. Knowing that the girl had been doing a lot of overtime at work, Lisa was keen on making her feel extra loved so she wouldn’t stress that much out. They hadn’t actually gone on a date since they’ve been busy all the time, so tonight Lisa wanted to have a simple dinner date with her girlfriend.

“Lisa-yah” Jennie called out

“Yes?” Lisa replied

“I’m keeping you for a lifetime, okay?” Jennie said casually and then went back to eating happily

Lisa’s heart went berserk. Jennie really did have a great impact on her; the game developer was so random at times that it always caught Lisa off guard, and honestly speaking, she never failed to sweep Lisa off her feet.

“Phom rak kun” Lisa said

Jennie raised an eyebrow at her, not understanding what she had just said, but for sure it was in Thai. She drank the coke Lisa bought and looked at the Thai.

“You’re not gonna tell me what that means, huh?” Jennie asked, amused.

“You know me too well, my love” Lisa said as she leaned forward to kiss Jennie

Jennie grinned against the kiss.

“Wait, what are you doing here by the way? I thought you were stuck doing some inventory at the flower shop?” Jennie asked

“Well…We’ve been busy these past few days and I miss you so I figured maybe I could just buy you some takeout and just watch some Netflix” Lisa said

Jennie smiled as she cupped Lisa’s cheek. The taller one leaned into the touch and kissed her palm repeatedly, making Jennie laugh.

“Well I’m not really in the mood to watch some movies or TV series” Jennie said

“We could watch that Ted Bundy documentary?” Lisa asked

“You’re willing to watch a documentary about a notorious serial killer with me?” Jennie questioned, because let’s face it, although both were a bunch or wussies, Jennie was the braver one who enjoyed watching horror and thriller movies, while Lisa remains to be the wussy that she is.

“Yeah, as long as you cuddle me all night” Lisa said, grinning.

Jennie shook her head as a giggle escaped.

“How about we just watch Love Actually and cuddle right now?” Jennie asked

Lisa nodded as they made their way to Jennie’s room.

Lisa then changed into more comfortable clot
