Profanities.

Lisa woke up to the sound of profanities that came from Jisoo’s mouth. She chuckled as she got up and walked out of her room, as always she found Jisoo already dressed up for work but was still playing games on her phone.

“Unnie, stop swearing!” Rosé exclaimed as she slammed the door shut

Jisoo jolted upright as she hid her phone and smiled at Rosé.

Whipped.  Lisa thought

“Good morning, girls” Lisa said as she smiled widely at them

Rosé and Jisoo grinned at Lisa.

“What?” Lisa asked

“How was your date last night, Lis?” Rosé asked

Lisa grinned as she made herself a cup of warm milk whilst Rosé brought out the breakfast she bought for them this morning.

“It was really fun. She actually forgot about it because she wasn’t home when I was supposed to pick her up, so I called Dahyun and she told me Jennie was at the hospital” Lisa said

“Whoa, why was she at the hospital?” Jisoo asked

“Her sister’s confined” Lisa said

“Oh no, that’s sad to hear” Emotional Rosé Park said

 “Other than that, these two had a very romantic evening since y’all were cuddling in the backseat last night” Jisoo teased as she wiggled her eyebrows at Lisa

“So are you two like in a relationship?” Rosé asked excitedly

“It’s not official yet, but I think we feel the same way” Lisa said

Jisoo and Rosé sat with Lisa in the dining room, devouring the breakfast Rosé had bought.

“So what’s your plan? Do you want to ask her or are you waiting for her?” Jisoo asked, not caring about the mess she’s creating while she ate her waffles ungracefully.

Rosé wiped Jisoo’s mouth with a napkin earning a blush and a muttered thanks from Jisoo.

“I want to ask her, but I don’t know how yet” Lisa frowned

“We’ll help you” Rosé said

There was then a knock on the door, Rosé stood up and opened it.

“Then maybe I can help you with Rosie” Lisa whispered to Jisoo

The older girl blushed furiously as she shook her head.

“She’ll never look at me that way, Lis, just drop it” Jisoo said

“You’re such a loser, you’re giving up without even trying” Lisa said

Jisoo sighed.

“There’s this Korean guy named J-Hope that’s been flirting with Rosie, he comes to Floraison every day just to see Rosie” Lisa said

“J-Hope? Is he some kind of rapper or something?” Jisoo asked, jealousy already visible in her eyes

“No but he seems very determined” Lisa said

Jisoo clenched her fists, her nose scrunched up, her brows furrowed, her lips pressed together as she breathed heavily. She looked like a cinnamon roll.

“I won’t allow it” Jisoo said

“Then do something” Lisa said

Before Jisoo could respond, Rosé was back with a present in her hands, she then happily gave it to Lisa.

“From your admirer” Rosé teased  

Lisa smiled as she opened the silver present, she gasped as she was presented with a brand new manual camera. Lisa couldn’t help but grin and hug the camera, Jisoo and Rosé chuckled at their friend’s goofiness.

“There’s a card too” Jisoo pointed out

Lisa excitedly grabbed the card and blushed as she read it.

Hi Old Soul,

            I won’t be able to drop by Floraison later L but I hope you love this gift. There’s another gift waiting for you at the flower shop. Eat your breakfast and always smile.

Lisa squealed as she looked lovingly at the note, at the end of it was a kiss mark made by the one and only Jennie Kim and it made Lisa’s heart flutter.

“Disgustingly in love indeed” Jisoo said as she rolled her eyes

Lisa just chuckled as she continued to look at Jennie’s gift.

This is gonna be a good day. Lisa thought.

Jennie woke up with a huge smile on her face, her father had surprisingly called her up and updated her with Ella’s situation, her doctors have given the go signal to rest at home, and it had relieved Jennie and made her more positive.  Jennie then called Dahyun up and told her to drive to Lisa’s apartment to give the florist her present, luckily Dahyun was a nosy little twerp and agreed straight away.

“Good morning, Kuma” Jennie greeted the robotic dog that she invented herself back in grade school, the robot barked happily and snuggled up against Jennie, after giving it enough love and affection, Jennie got up and opened the curtains.

Her apartment was now filled with the rays of sunshine, the black and white walls didn’t seem so dull and dead anymore, her clean Victorian style apartment felt more lively and…happy in such a way. Jennie smiled widely as she hummed along to the tune of Let It Be by The Beatles that was playing on the vinyl record player Lisa gave her.

“Maybe I could adopt a real dog” Jennie said, on cue, Kuma barked hysterically and whined like a real dog

“And I should’ve invented a less sensitive robot dog” Jennie chuckled as she patted Kuma’s head again

Jennie had the day off today and she wanted to bring Lisa on a date since she noticed that Lisa seemed like the only one to initiate, but today Jennie wants to make Lisa feel special, so she had gathered up all the information Lisa had told her about herself and tried to think of a great date for today.
